Nice and friendly staff. Caramel taste yummy. I did not wait that long. Compared to other Starbucks I been too always take longer.

The team here at this Starbucks is nothing short of awesome. Every team member that I have encountered at this store has had a positive attitude even when the store was extremely busy.

This is a nice store and the one I frequent most. It's kind of sad how the staff has turned over the last few years, for numerous reasons, the pandemic being biggest factor. There's a lot to be said for the line in the theme song from Cheers: "Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came..." A few years ago this used to be the case. I'd walk in and just about every barista knew me by name - and I knew theirs's as well. Since the pandemic is just hasn't been the same for me, but I still drop in to buy beans, and occasionally a cup of coffee. [edit: Dec 5th 2022] Today I ordered a Blonde Americano and it was hands down the weakest cup of coffee I've ever had from Starbucks. I'm not sure if it was due to a new barista or SBUX reducing the amount of coffee per cup. I did do a google search and came upon an article dated Nov 21st, 2022 titled: Starbucks Coffee Under Fire For Tasting Weaker. I wont comment further on the matter, but I've reduced my rating to 3 stars and though this has been my goto place for coffee when out and about since it opened - I will be exploring other options. _________________ [edit] 12/26/2022 My wife and I went into this store this afternoon and it was an absolute mess.  It was really bac the other day when I went in as well.  My wife said she spoke with one of the employees about it awhile back and they employee said store is shorthanded and they try to let their manager know but the manager doesn't answer the phone and they are not allowed to go directly to corporate. Look at the trash (see my recently posted images) at the service counter(s).  Bathroom I used was a mess.  Entry carpet was dirty.  It's starting to look like a third world business.  Hope they turn this around 'cuz it aint looking good.

Butterbeer frap, mint majesty tea, caramel apple spice! Cold or hot drinks. Nice atmosphere. Snacks, food, and desserts. Free WiFi. Recipe: Butterbeer frap - Grande size Cream base frap 3 pumps caramel syrup 3 pumps toffee nut syrup Caramel drizzle Whipped cream For best consistency do not go low fat or no fat on the cream based frap. It comes with whole milk it's best this way. Coffee lovers can ask for coffee based frap and get shots added to their taste preferences. My sister orders it coffee based And adds 1-3 shots. She is a coffee lover. I do not drink any coffee, so I do the recipe without alterations. If you wanted to order a Tall size reduce the pumps toffee nut syrup and caramel syrup by one each. Likewise if you go up in size to vente, Increase your pumps of toffee nut syrup and caramel syrup by one each. Enjoy!

Worst coffee ever, even after the second try! Employees are so so nice but I'm not sure if a delicious cup can be made at this store. Taste burnt, can taste the oatmilk or pumps, it's really weird. Such great attitudes, bums me out.
