As far as the *extended stay* rooms, or the rooms that are designated for use by *long(er)-term* guests, they are ridiculously *S-M-A-L-L* & extremely overpriced, in comparison to other similar motels with similar rooms around the area. My husband & I have been *super-duper long-term* guests here at the good ole ⭐Star Motel⭐ for roughly 2.5 years now, and the "management" and/or the "owners" have failed miserably at keeping *THEIR* end of the guest/host transaction/deal. "How so??", you might ask? Well, I don't think there is not only enough time in a day, but there isn't enough space in this little white text box for me to thoroughly list my complaints well enough for you, *the reader*, to comprehend & fully understand! *HOWEVER!* ---> I absolutely *MUST* mention that the housekeeping staff on-site where my husband & I both reside together, are 💯% *ON-POINT* with everything they do for us on a very, very regular basis! All of the housekeeping staff that I have met and/or come into contact with have been very friendly, efficient, thorough, regular & dependable! I really cannot say enough positive things about them! About *EACH* of them! 🥰 💔🔥😠🔥😡🔥😠🔥💔
This place is so disgusting. Me and my husband got a room for the night and it had bed bugs. We I brought it to the person upfront in the office all she said was she would pass the into the owner. She changed our room and the other room was even worse. I still have not received a call from the owner about the situation. My lawyer is going to have fun with this due to the fact that this could contaminated our home. Beyond pissed off. They need to shut this place down.
The room was pretty clean however it was so hot you were sweating after 5 minutes. I asked for a different room or refund when I was told it would eventually get cold

The rims are over charged n they don’t rvev have any kind of breakfast not worth the money they asking for. Now if u want to do private business with a young lady that place is for you

We had our company Christmas party at the Clarksville location, and it was fantastic. Employees, spouses, and children. We had a catered dinner set up in a private room. Rick was the host and chef, and he made sure we had everything we needed or want
