This hotel needs to lower their prices before they are laughed out of business! Filthy and poorly kept rooms with small tube tv's and inches of dirt on the windowsill. They put me in a dusty dingy musky room with white towels that once off the rack and unfolded had ALREADY BEEN USED- Or definitely unwashed in any way. The other "long term" or "residing" guests there were rude as heck! This place has (no zero none nada zilch zip) ammenities.... And their poorly maintained showers from the holocaust had broken tiles the worst lighting and if the floors weren't cracked then the tiles at points were jutting out! nice to step on with bare wet feet... Then to top it off the wAter in this hell hole that (should be condemned in just a matter of months) if u can even call it that, smelled like straight sewage.... No joke I wish it was embellished.... It was the worst shower of my entire life... And afterwards, because of the wAter treatment plant odor that fiiled the room was omitted from the wAter used to wash my hair and skin, I was GIFTED the honor of walking around smelling that stench for my entire stay.... But wait, there's more- oh yeah.... When we were checking out of the "dump bucket" the tactless cheap slum Lord manager comes. He then looks around the dump, oblivious to the smell of sewage waste his hotel produces with it "potable" water... Then he won't let us leave until he examines the room. He checks for things like remote, batteries and counts the number of crusty towels. He then questions me on the location of the remote... Like I hadn't had enough. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anybody, except maybe somebody that I don't like and wish some sort of untimely yet natural death upon... Which is nobody so far in my life.
For six and a half hours I paid $80. There is no ice machine and the room is nasty and small. Not to mention the heater is not working.On the plus there is free HBO.
This is one of the worst places I've ever seen. There is Rat Feces, Bed Bugs, Mold, Room hasn't been cleaned Drug Needles , this place should be demolished . The owner should be jailed , He will take your money and give you a sh*tty room and when you go to get your money back he will say no refunds he will lie and cheat. DO NOT STAY HERE
What a dump. I was sick from the mold. Had to clean it before we stayed in it in it. They say pay cash only thats so they can charge whatever they want. I had to give it 1 star but they are a big fat zero.
One of best places I've stayed in over 30 years; very clean, and nice . If I every come through Tracy again, I will definitely be stopping at the Star Motel.
The rooms where very cold but the reason I give them five stars is because when my boyfriend forgot his windows pen in the room they held onto it and those things alone are a hundred dollars!
If management is a little nicer and friendlier and don't make me leave when I'm visiting my boy there, I'll give them 5 stars
Should be condemned. There are so many types of bugs in the rooms. Stay away.. worst hotel iv been to. And I have been in some bad ones... BED BUGS
