Came in to print a shipping label and the Customer service was fantastic, but I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me. She saved me a trip to the post office and found a box for me to use at no charge. She was super sweet and helpful

He even got me to sign up for rewards and I'm not a reward guy...not even sure how it happened but Staples....Hire more Rodney's!!!
