Went to Staples to cut apart some 4-up raffle tickets I printed at home for a community event and picked up a few office supplies while there. Staff were very helpful. I saved signficantly on two printer cartridges I had priced elsewhere.
I visited the store around 8:00 PM intending to use the restroom and then do some shopping. However, my visit quickly turned into an unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of your employees. Upon entering the store, I overheard an employee (Younger woman, dramatic) loudly complaining about my presence and making derogatory comments about how I was a “horrible person” for coming in so close to closing time. She also commented on my appearance and age. This not only embarrassed me but also made me feel unwelcome. I had intended to purchase some items after using the restroom, but the employee’s remarks left me so uncomfortable that I decided to take my business elsewhere. To add to the inconvenience, when I came out of the restroom, I found that the doors had been locked. Fortunately, a kind gentleman unlocked the door for me, allowing me to leave the store. I later checked online and saw that your store’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, not 8:30 PM as implied by the employee’s comments and actions. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by your staff. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at Staples in the future.
Went to pick out a new office chair. Lots of chairs to select from so it was really hard to decide. But I found one I liked and turns out it was even more affordable than I thought. When I got to the register it rang up $10 less than I thought. Great deal! Highly recommend.
Don’t order prints through here. Ordered early in the morning 2 posters (just 2!) to be sure it was done in time for same-day pickup. Never got an email saying my order was ready but my confirmation email said it would be done by 8:30pm and after calling with no answer, I headed to the store at 8:30pm and it wasn’t done. You had 10 hours to what? Put paper in and push a button? Shouldn’t be that hard. Not to mention when I walked in, the cashier was sitting there doing nothing. Anyways, they ensured me someone would be there in the morning to get it done. It’s afternoon now and I still haven’t got a “ready” email and now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes before I waste my time to come up there for them to tell me it’s still not ready.
Ordered 2 posters. When I came in for pickup only 1 was ready. They said to come back the next night for the other one. I came back and there were about 3-4 people on staff at the printing counter but nobody could offer a solution. I was happy to take a refund but they couldn’t figure that out, either (???). I have no idea how this is even possible lol.
The store seems to always been lacking inventory and sales help on the floor. Definitely the store needs a whole lot of attention, shelves and inventory are a jumbled mess. It doesn't matter what time of the year, back to school, middle of summer, whenever. It needs much attention.
Submitted an online order for a print job yesterday. Paid extra to have it done by 11am. It wasn't ready and I was told that it wouldn't be ready until after 4:30. The event I needed said print for was at 3pm. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with who could help me find a solution. Wayne comes up and was being super helpful. Behind him comes Mark who just keeps interrupting and telling Wayne incessantly to just give me a refund. He became increasingly angry and started complaining about how 2 people had quit and that it wasn't his problem. It got to a point that he was so irate that his entire face was beet red and I seriously didn't feel safe. If I had to put up with a maniac like him for a job, I would quit too! Wayne...5 stars! He got the job done! Mark...0 stars! You need some serious anger management!!!
I recently went to print a document and the workers were very rude to me. I went with my son and they didn't even refrain from mistreating me in front of him. I asked them to assistance because as they told me I was trying to follow the steps but none printers works. They refused to help adding that maybe someone broke it. Is very sad

We stumbled in here after grabbing food around the corner. We had a great experience. The bartenders were knowledgeable. As a bonus, they were having happy hour all day because it was Sunday. I think our old fashioned were $6 each. They were wonderfu

What an incredible experience! When I booked this place I was really nervous because it seemed too good to be true and I was so relieved to arrive and see that it was actually even better than the photos made it seem. My 40 friends and I took over th
