Peter is the manager and he knows alot and is very helpful. But he definitely needs more help in his store to do the job. Take note Staples he needs back up.

I told Derek at the print area that he deserved five stars and I was going to write a review but I actually forgot. The only reason I remember is because I just got another 8 x 10 in the mail today that is not measured properly lol. I went in there with three or four pictures that were not formatted to fit 8 x 10 frames. He looked at them he measured them perfectly, cut them perfectly for me and then refused to take my money. Because he said it was no big deal just a few minutes. These are the kind of people you want running the store. He’s probably the owner. Thank you, Derek.

My printing experience was not great to start with, but this gentleman, named Peter at Palm Harbor/Clearwater location helped me with the most grace and patience I've EVER experienced! Btw, it was 15 min till closing time and he still went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you, Peter!
