I went to Staples the other day and picked up my iPostal mail. When I left I was greeted by an employee named Jenni. She gave me a great compliment and was inviting to come back to your store. I was caught off guard by the wonderful comment, I forgot to check on an item, and left the store. I came back a couple hours later and was plesantly surprised that I was helped by Jenni again to locate the item I could not find within the store. She was so accommodating and helpful. She took the time to help me locate my item and then assisted me with checking out and paying for my item. Please give her an employee of the month award, Jenni was awesome. Thank you and I hope you continue being you! It's a good thing :)

Yesterday I was assisted by Steph and Sydnee in the printing department of the Burien Staples store. If it wasn't for their ongoing encouragement and kindness I, most likely, would have never accomplished what I needed to do.
