I am always greeted and offered assistance when I shop at the Staples in Rancho Santa Margarita. Their products are good quality, good availability, and competitively priced. When the new Rewards Program took place the staff assisted me in setting up the app. Every time I shop they make sure that I am maximizing my Rewards. In today's retail environment where many stores treat customers like an inconvenience, the Rancho Santa Margarita Staples is a pleasure to shop at. Unless a promotion is for on-line only I do all my shopping in- store to support this location and staff.

I have been relying on this location for quite some for my printing needs. They have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate with my requests. I would like to name check, Everett in particular as he has always provided next level support and customer service. However, I have just changed my 5 star review to a 1 star based on the incredibly rude and unprofessional treatment I just received from their general manager, Ryan.

Anytime i need any type of services or products i can rely on Staples to receive them. As of recent i needed to get a new printer and the sales associate named Robert did an excellent job in helping me process through this purchase and really explained all my options!! thank you

I went to Staples lookiing for a keyboard for my laptop. Two different employees asked if they could help me. The rewards coupon was explained to me. The people were efficient and helpful.
