Staples - Office supply store in Rochester - 1100 Jefferson Rd Suite 12 Suite 12, USA

As I begin my 31st year of teaching school, I realize that I have been relying on Staples for almost all of my classroom and home office needs for a long time!! That’s because they always provide such good products AND service. When I recently visited the Staples store in Henrietta, NY, I found all of the classroom supplies I needed for the start of this school year in just one visit. There was one item I had trouble finding - sticky tack for hanging posters. It was not in the aisle where I expected to find it. An associate saw me searching and asked if he could help, then took me right to the section of the store where it was shelved. At the cash register, another associate walked me through the new Easy Rewards program, and then helped me set it up in the app on my phone. He was truly kind and gave me his undivided attention. He also made sure I received all my discounts, plus showed me that I qualified for a free set of pens with my purchase. It’s always a good visit when I go to Staples!

Came in for a specific item that was only available in the store. Employee told me where to find the item and even came by to make sure I found it. He also got a basket for me to put all the items in. Great customer service!!! I wish there was a location in Buffalo!

The guys at the printing service are nice and respectful, it happens many times they don’t charge for couple papers and also for return service next to printing they don’t charge when a label is needed to be printed. Today the guy there didn’t charge for printing the label and also put it in sticky case that he put on the package.

Went to the Henrietta Staples to process my TSA pre-check. The gentlemen who helped us with this is extremely competent, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. I was blown away as it seems customer service is dying everywhere. Not here! Highly recommend this location.

This places is racist , I am very upset how my family was treated, the manager showed favoritism to other people who were of Caucasian decent , went for a return and was denied because of id, showed a second form of ID that is a new york state ID also and he still denied me and said he does not want to talk to me, really!!! and your in sales not helping repeat customers who shop faithfully at this store . Never again u lost a great customer for life. I hope this place closes down for good soon

I came in for a TSA Precheck appointment and every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful and showed great care for the customer they were interacting with. Josh helped me with the entire Precheck process and had me out very quickly, he made great conversation, and was incredibly diligent the entire time to also make sure the customers waiting knew they would be serviced soon. Mike answered some questions for me while I was waiting and was incredibly helpful. Isa is an absolute joy to talk to and a great personality behind the counter, she even came to help Josh with some of the customers needing pictures taken for other passport services while he was busy with me. This staff deserves recognition for their care to the customer and how they handled the rush incredibly well together

Alex was super kind and attentive at the printing station! Our wedding Inserts came out perfect!
