Staples - Office supply store in Cerritos - 10820 Alondra Blvd, USA

I recently visited staple and while the selection was decent, I found the prices to be a bit higher than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wish there were more unique items available. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in need of basic stationary supplies.

I go to this Staples for all my printing needs... flyers, posters, etc. All the associates I've ever interacted with are friendly and helpful. The Staples rewards helps make the printing cost more affordable. There was an issue with last week's printing order. I decided to return and pay for my request to be fulfilled. Claudia, the manager of printing services, called me to let me know she would personally take care of the order at no extra cost. Now that is stellar customer service. This is exactly what I keep returning to Staples.

CLAUDIA is amazing. I go to this Staples Cerritos, close to home. The Team here is great ... Always. Today I came to print in color. The store has opened two minutes. Claudia was just preparing her stuff but she came over to help me. I had difficulty finding the attachment I sent by email. It was a Link so it cannot be printed. Claudia helped me in my cellphone each step of the way. And she was happy to do it, no complaints just plain ease and expertise.

I love this store mostly because of the customer service . Joe is a gentlemen at the register that is so helpful and his great personality makes it easy to ask questions and clear doubts. We lack good customer service now days. It is so nice to find it here. I have a home based business and I know many times somethings are cheaper if I buy them online. I like to come to the store ... Great Store ....

Great service from the lady working in the printing department. I didn’t catch her name but she had an injured hand and I went around 9am on 3/22/24. Thank you so much for being kind.

SPOKE TO CLAUDIA IN PRINTING DEPARTMENT OVER THE PHONE SHE TOLD ME TO COME IN AND SHE COULD HELP ME WITH LAMINATION. I GO INTO THE STORE JUST FOR HER TO TELL ME SHE CANT HELP ME AND MY WALLET SIZE LAMINATION WOULDNT BE READY UNTIL 8:30P.M LIKE REALLY YOU MADE ME WASTE MY TIME, AND GAS FOR NOTHING WHEN SHE COULD HAVE JUST SAID THAT OVER THE PHONE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CERRITOS CA LOCATION ON ALONDRA DONT EVEN BOTHER. NO WONDER ALL THE COLLEGE STUDENTS ACROSS THE STREET GO ELSEWHERE!!!! GET MORE TRAINING CLAUDIA!!!

11.02.23 - This is my favorite Staples store, because it is close to my house. Today I came for a printing job. The lady at this section was busy assisting (there were 4 of us, at the same time). But she helped each one of us, patiently and satisfactorily. I had one more question but by then she was busy at the counter. Another came from behind, surely noticing my raised hand. There was teamwork. I guess this new attitude may be due to the new manager, PAULINE. I have known her since she was at the printing section and she had always been very helpful. I have seen many, come and go, but she and Joe have been mainstays. And they have always had great customer relations. And they know their stuff. Joe, I heard, works limited days so Pauline is just the right choice. I know them though I am sure they do not know me, being just one of the regular customers.
