Food was lacking unfortunately. We came here for a birthday dinner, we had a reservation when we got there we were seated quickly. We had drinks appetizers and our main course when I made the reservation through OpenTable it asked, are you celebrating anything special? I indicated her birthday when we got there and checked in the hostess said there’s gonna be a piece of cake for the birthday person which never came out we didn’t ask because we were already full, but the food which was shrimp still had the veins in there, so we alerted the manager, the manager apologize provided us a new meal, but just the overall experience the food portions were small and the quality wasn’t up to par. We probably won’t be back unfortunately for dinner most likely happy hour though, because they have the best views
Absolutely loved the location. Such a romantic view and Mr Eric was polite and the manager she was too. They made sure customer service was superb for my date night. The food was fresh, delicious, and flavorful. Atmosphere comfortable and we shall be back! Thank you
Pluses: Nice view of the city. The atmosphere is pretty fancy. Good place for a date.❤️ Spacious parking. Staff is very polite and professional. Minus: Food is okay, but it could be better. Steak was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. Srimps were underseasoned. Cocktails looked good but tasted so so.😏 Overall, we had a great time there.
Open for Thanksgiving, but it was very busy. Even with a reservation it felt like the restaurant was overbooked. The staff was friendly, but appeared overwhelmed. For the holiday, a 3 course meal was offered. Each course had a wide selection of options including gluten free. I had the Caesar Salad without croutons, Seafood Trio (salmon, shrimp, and scallops), Creme Brulee, and a Dragon Fizz Mocktail. I would be willing to try this spot again in the future to see if the food was better on a night that was not so busy. I would not come back on a holiday though. The salad seemed slimy while the main entree was cold and overcooked/burnt. The dessert and mocktail were really good though. Indoor seating available. Highly recommend a reservation. Parking available onsite or across the street.
At first I was a bit annoyed by the wait. Why would you ask me to wait for clean tables when I have called in advance for reservations? After 15min we sat down and the server was super friendly. They will listen if you ask for medium rare (some restaurants will still bring them well done) so be sure to ask as you wish. Overall really nice and I will be back during the day and appreciate the view.
Absolutely love this spot, every time I am in town I stop by. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are just as delicious as the food! Go to relax and enjoy the evening, you won't be disappointed!!
Came for a birthday dinner. Good was great service was amazing we had a pretty large group and they handled it very well.
Service was great. Food was good. The dining room was way too cramped. I had to squeeze into my chair to sit down due to the table behind us being set so close. I'm a slim guy at 6'4" and 190 lbs. Noisy atmosphere due to too many people crammed into the space. Wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a calm and quiet and spacious environment.
Never disappointed coming here! The food is delicious, and they have some unique flavors! Staff are super friendly, and if you don't mind it a little.on the darker side, the atmosphere is lovely. I really dig the old photos on the walls.
First time at Knapp's! The food and service were excellent and highly suggest you get the freshly squeezed orange juice, CFS, burger, and pancakes. They were delicious ð We're definitely coming back to try more items on the menu!
