This was our first visit to the Stanford Grill. We had a very enjoyable lunch with great food and great service on a Wednesday afternoon. We had the tomato basil soup ($10.00 each), the Rattlesnake Pasta ($21.90) and the Kent Island Fish Sandwich ($20.50). The pasta was mildly spicy and the fish sandwich was cod. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. The only nit I had is that the cod fillet was on the small size. Overall, a great lunch!

Our waiter Michael was amazing! He was extremely attentive and even asked if we had dietary restrictions as well food allergies. Not only was the service excellent but the food was as well. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer; it was rich, creamy and flavorful. Each dish was packed full of flavor, from the beef ribs to the glazed salmon. This was a great dinning experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere is warm and cozy which makes for a great date night or just a night to relax.

Stanford grill is such an amazing restaurant. Dinner was so delicious, I started with the fiesta rolls, chefs kiss, and for my main I had the New York strip and for dessert I had the chocolate uprising. Everything was amazing.

I am in love with the Stanford Grill in Columbia. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, but most recently as an adult. Have the new Stanford Grill club membership, thanks to my waitress. They have been consistent for over a decade and based on my most recent dining experience I don’t see that consistency changing anytime soon! Would definitely recommend to families, especially around dinner time.

Great food and a great atmosphere! The pork ribs were amazing! Tender, smoky, and slightly sweet with a slight tanginess to balance. Some of the best ribs I have had in Maryland. The rotisserie chicken was good as well. Very tender and had a good amount of herbal flavors like rosemary, but I personally thought it wasn’t as good as the ribs. The watermelon salad was okay, but I can’t discredit it since it was an experimental dish for them. It wasn’t bad, just a pretty standard balsamic salad with refreshing watermelon. There aren’t too many cocktails to choose from, but the Fleur de Lis was pretty good citrus cocktail. Atmosphere was great! Dimly lit and they had live music! The servers were super professional and the place overall is upscale, so I would recommend dressing up if you really care about appearance.

My first time at this establishment. Ambiance is more of date night feel, but nice nonetheless. They have a 3 piece band (pianist, saxophonist, and cellist) playing while dining and they were great touch! The food was good, my sister had cheddar broccoli soup and said it was the best she's ever had, and a cheeseburger, also good. I had Fiesta rolls, which were good, and Crabcake sandwich, which was okay. We got bread pudding to go and it was HUGE! All in all a good experience and will return soon!

The food, drinks, service, and environment was great. This place wowed me. Our Waitress was very professional and nice. ARTISHA made sure we had everything we needed. I got the ribeye which was cook perfectly, and my friend got the ribeye sandwhich. Great tasting food and the jazz band that was playing did amazing. Make sure you make reservations.

I visited the area on business and had dinner here with coworkers. Reservations are needed, and we didn't have one, but they quickly accommodated our group of 5. Splitting the check was done easily after letting the wait staff know upfront. Ordering and getting our food was quick and easy. Non-alcoholic drinks were refilled quickly. Multiple people from the wait staff checked with us to make sure everything was good. I had the rattlesnake pasta, and it was very good and a lot of food. I had to take over half of it to go. We saw dessert on another table where a mother and young daughter were sitting it was so huge it looked like 4 or 5 people could easily share a dessert.

This was expected and awesome. I have no idea why there was no crowd - it can only be because not enough people know that the Cafe Columbia is here. Great coffee. And the crepe with banana, strawberry, and Nutella was a work of art. It was a nice, r

Get the "all you can eat" during the week. Great value. Restaurant was spotless. Service was spot on. The meats were too numerous to show. High quality and large portions. Here are a few side dishes, very tasty. Can't wait to return.
