Came here by accident and was pleasantly surprised. Moxie & Chelsea were tending bar and couldn’t have been more hospitable. We purchased the whiskey tasting flight for $25 and it was delicious! (See picture) you get 10$ off if you buy the flight, so a little bonus if you are interested in buying one their Whiskey bottles on site. It would a great idea to open a cigar lounge upstairs with leather seats & a TV to watch football etc. The girls were amazing and overall the vibe was great vibe!!!!
I'm usually am a neat whiskey drinker, but I decided to give cocktails a try and I am glad I did. These were the best craft cocktails I have tried to date. The bar tenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a bottle to take home. 15 out of 10 definitely recommend. Pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did.

We were just looking to get out of the cold for a little bit, and happened upon this place by accident. The atmosphere was great and the bartenders were super helpful and friendly. I am a big whiskey fan, but my friends are not. However we all agreed these were the best cocktails we got the whole trip. I recommend doing the whiskey tasting if you’re a fan. I personally really liked the standard rye, but the coffee infused flavor was also excellent—perfect for espresso martinis. We ended up coming back the next day and the experience was just as good. (They also have a photo booth if you’re looking for one). If we’re ever back in Nashville, we will definitely stop by again!
We did the espresso martini class and it was amazing. Jeremy was our bartender and explained history of Tennessee whiskey and taught us how to make Nashville’s best espresso martinis. Best whiskey I’ve had in TN and made the event so much fun. We spilled everywhere and he didn’t judge at all. I would rather walk through a mile of broken glass and hot sauce than drink whiskey anywhere else!
Did an espresso martini class here and Jeremy was absolutely incredible. We got to try so many of the whiskeys and then make our own drink. Everything we had was delicious and Jeremy was super nice and very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience. Will be back
I love this bar! Aside from the immaculate vibes, cleanliness, and great music, the employees are always smiling and happy to help. The drinks are well crafted and every bartender is equipped with extensive knowledge of their product. I always feel welcome and am treated with the upmost kindness. I recommend this bar to anyone and everyone.
If you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of Broadway St. the Standard Proof is great stop. The sign out front mentions they have the best espresso martini in town and they deliver on that promise. It is worth stopping by. Excellent service and beverages.
