Been living here for about 9 months now and it’s one of the best places to live that Stamford has to offer! The amenities are amazing (gym and pool are worth the cost alone), there’s always super fun events going on every month (literal pool parties with a DJ in summer), and everyone at the Urby is super friendly and inviting, especially concierge. Will at the front is the absolute best and one of the reasons I enjoy living here so much, he is so willing to do anything to make you comfortable here or solve any issue that may occur and always does it with a smile! Maintenance team is also amazing and are very quick to respond and fix any problem that may occur. This building is also very secure with the Latch system and it’s in a great location downtown and steps away from the mall! I highly recommends it to anyone looking for a place to live in Stamford!

Have been living here for year and a half and recently renewed my lease. All the buildings around are brand new but none of them offer what this places does, this place offers community, convenience and almost like a scape from the crazy growing city of Stamford. The cafe is so cute and the gym is spacious, the events are very consistent and they are good for all ages and groups of people. The staff is amazing and the maintenance techs are so professional (love all if them that have come to my unit to fix anything that needed fixing) There will always be new buildings but NEVER an Urby. T

Urby is one of the best in Stamford. The only place I renewed my lease for second time. Amenities are beautiful and well maintained.The gym is spacious and ambience in courtyard is gorgeous .Maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is available on site and resolve any issues with in few hours. Casey is one of the best property manager. She has been kind enough accommodate any special requests for the residents. Highly recommend Urby for anyone looking for comfortable and community space to live in Stamford downtown.

Having now lived at Urby for over a year I can say definitively, this place has something special. The amenities are quite beautiful, the gym is especially well stocked. The design of the place is gorgeous and green. But the beating heart of Urby is definitely the staff. Individuals like Will, Mark, Alexa, Dylan and Bella have been instrumental to making this place feel special and homey. Always down to help, welcome me back, and quick to resolve anything that comes up. The maintenance staff is also excellent! Will, Jose, and Dean are always so quick to repair anything and are so courteous and kind without fail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a superlative friendly staff to make the place feel like warm.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Stamford Urby for a holiday party, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Not only did I enjoy the festivities, but I also had the privilege of receiving a private tour by Quay and Bella, who made my visit even more special. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the two gentleman at the front desk, Matt and Mark, who guided me to the kitchen where the party was being held at. During the private tour, Quay and Bella went above and beyond to showcase the incredible features and amenities that Stamford Urby has to offer. They guided me through the beautifully designed spaces, highlighting the modern and stylish apartments, the state-of-the-art fitness center, and the stunning outdoor areas. Their knowledge and passion for Stamford Urby were evident, and it made me seriously reconsider relocating from a different Urby where I currently reside at. The attention to detail and the level of care that Quay and Bella demonstrated throughout the tour left a lasting impression on me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed about the potential of relocating to Stamford Urby. Overall, my visit to Stamford Urby for the holiday party and the private tour by Quay and Bella was an incredible experience. The sense of community, the beautiful spaces, and the exceptional service provided by the staff have made me seriously consider relocating to this Urby location. I highly recommend Stamford Urby to anyone looking for a vibrant and welcoming community to call home

After 14 months and super excited about moving here from NYC it's a major disappointment don't make a mistake! On the surface it looks like a progressive building but real world it reads...alarms being pulled every other month without purpose, overcrowded pool and no one monitoring pool guest or noise, horrible construction with noise from above and below, apartment on ground floor summer or winter it's not energy efficient the monthly bill was always $200, packages not being logged, Amazon lockers delayed for no reason, dogs peeing and popping in main entrances and watch your car in the garage filled with screws and construction debris. Than on the way out after being on time paying and diligent tenants it gets worse...the management team and accounting makes a money grab without explanation, miscalculation on final rent month after you move out, erroneous charges not disclosed on move out walkthrough for paint and normal wear and tear, holding your deposit past the 30 days by law. The personnel in the front office don't know how to run a business balanced with empathy and purpose and no flexibility to work with you in the end or communicate effectively. There are a few good people working the front desk and the maintenance team but they are limited by management. Lesson learned, we moved out and living in nearby true luxury building with full amenities, much happier. You have a choice make an informed one. They have tons of open units because they overbuilt the complex and it shows in the bad decisions made every day. If you have high standards and expect customer driven culture it's not here. As of this post, still waiting for Rosa assistant property manager to address move out concerns. Hope this is read by senior management at The Urby! Update 9/6: Unfortunately the Urby doesn't honor CT requirements to return security deposit within 30 days and now we are filing a formal complaint with CT Department of Banking to address the penalty up 2x our security deposit. Casey the GM, was unwilling to address this without going to the next level of complaint hearing. Don't rent here it's an example of how management isn't customer driven and not taking accountability for her teams mistake.

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Urby Stamford property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by Matt who helped me around initially. He recommended restaurants nearby if I wanted to grab a bite after the tour and located Quay for me. He was super kind and helpful. From the moment the tour started Quay was well-mannered, intelligent and on time. She immediately showcased the attention to detail and care put into this property. From the cafe downstairs to the filtered water system she indulged in all of the specific highlights of being in the common areas. The modern design and amazing view was impeccable as well. As we explored the interior, I was captivated by all of the shared spaces this building had to offer. The yoga room, gym, and quiet space for studying were my personal favorites. Quay showed me 3 apartments and all of their designs were unique and grand. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a serene view and window space. The bathrooms were luxurious, featuring exquisite fixtures and meticulous craftsmanship. One of the standout features of this property was the meticulously maintained outdoor space. The landscaped gardens, manicured lawns, and tranquil patio area created a private oasis that was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. I can imagine summers there! Furthermore, my favorite process is how Quay kept in contact with me throughout the WHOLE process and appointed me with the best resources. She assisted with getting me set up with a possible deposit program for people who may need it, renters insurance, cable + wifi + phone, and the lease process. There was attention to detail, exceptional design, and location is prime making touring the Stamford property an amazing experience. If you're looking for a luxurious apartment, this property ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend taking a tour and ask for Quay! I even was offered refreshments after touring the huge property. She makes the experience fulfilling and less sterile. It simply was the best tour Ive ever been on.

Living at Urby Stamford was a joy, thanks to the exceptional staff and management who were always willing to help. The neighbors were respectful, contributing to a friendly and welcoming community atmosphere. The amenities, including a clean and well-maintained pool and gym area, enhanced my living experience. The common areas were always spotless, reflecting the care and attention of the management. Highly recommend Urby for anyone looking for a comfortable and community-oriented living space.
