This hotel overcharges for its rooms they need some new mattresses and they need to clean up around their area more so and try to keep the illegal activities to a minimum the best thing about this hotel is that there's a smoke shop down the street there's fast food nearby there's a weed shop down the street and it's on the north side of Long Beach California

It's really nice here Very clean, even smelled clean - the towels weren't perfect but you can tell they really try. Super cozy beds, microwave, refrigerator & The lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind hearted No complaints 😇

Very Terrible supervisor. We just left at 11:00 she accused my wife and I for sneaking into the room we bought. And began to deny us another room to buy.

What can I say about this place.<br/>Okay, the owner really nice and understanding when it comes to late payments. <br/> the room is cozy , but the heater doesn't work especially when room gets hot the cold heater gets warm. <br/>Roaches like crazy, no room or cleaning service. We don't even have the stuff to clean or sweep the floor or clean bathroom. <br/>The people around are rude at night. <br/>They wake u up at 6:30@m playing loud music<br/>They smoke them drugs, like crack or sherm they smell gets into your room <br/>Gang members argue like crazy. <br/>It's real ghetto here. But it's a place to stay , that I can't complain about. So in conclusion , We just checked out after being there two months, we just got tired of the manager changing up prices. He blamed us for broken sink, and we didn't get no deposit back. He claimed we broken the sink handle, but it came loose on its own. Too much people fighting all the time, and we didn't feel safe, mainly gang related fights. Today is may 22nd 2019 we checked out on may 20th 2019 don't recommend coming here. Your better off spending your money does where.

I rented their nicest room and paid extra. I thought ot was decnt untill i woke up to my bed full of baby bed bugs and full grown bed bugs. I had an alergic reaction had to go to the hospital and found out i had bed bug bites and scabbies from the room...disgusting place

I stayed here for like 6 months . It was alright because it's cheap and close to the bus stop etc... But really bad service. Roaches everywhere. Hookers and drug dealing. And not to mention there's been 2 shootings in the motel . So think twice if you plan to stay here. Not safe for children. And the guy that works in the front desk is a pervert

Beds are surprisingly comfortable, however, the upkeep is lacking. Heater didn't work and talk about a roach motel... wouldn't stay here again for the price they charge

Horrible broke bed broken couch curtain falling off roaches everywhere we had roaches in our bags when we left drug addicts knocking on the door at 2 am key didn’t work manager had to let us in the room ppl hanging out one person using a bbq grill in there room the guy at the front desk was actually nice and tried to accommodate us the only good thing about that place but it wasn’t worth the 80 dollars the towels where filthy had to go buy towels shower curtain had what looked like poop on it I have ocd so I had to take a shower with the curtain open like I said at least the guy at the front desk was nice and prostitutes hanging around outside the rooms fat ugly ones at that lol at least we got a laugh
