We were booked elsewhere and our plans didn’t go as planned, and for that I’m grateful! From check in to check out, five stars! The staff is truly the best I’ve come across in many years of traveling- friendly, helpful and seem to truly enjoy working together. |Room was super comfortable and we went for an upgrade indulging in the jacuzzi and patio access to the pool. My son loved the pool, playing putt putt and the whole football themed decor. |Staff went above and beyond gifting my (totally Miami Dolphins obsessed son) with a Dolphins flag…what? How cool is that? Jose and Delmary and all of the staff… thank you for a great stay!
I stayed here for 2 nights for a preseason Miami Dolphins game. The hotel is an older property but it is spotless clean and the staff are amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options with something for everyone. The hotel offer a return shuttle to the Stadium for the game and its $20 per person. You can’t walk from the hotel as there are no sidewalks. This hotel is a perfect example of how it’s the staff that make your stay memorable not the decor.
We spent 5 nights at Stadium Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly everything went. The staff was polite and super helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and honestly a great value for the price (we got the Queen balcony room). Though the location is a bit out of the way from surrounding stores and restaurants if you don’t have your own transportation, I would still say that Stadium is worth the stay!
we have not stayed there . we have a reservation for october and asked for special accomodations to arrive earlier than expected and to include breakfast .even ensured them that extra cost is understandable and were still declined either or ....if you book thru any outside third party do not expect any courtesies or even at a cost for that matter this hotel will not budge nor modify anything outside your initial requests
I was very pleased on first impressions. Dianna greeted me with a smile that you knew was genuine. She took her time with me, was very pleasant and made me feel like a valued guest. This hotel was very clean everywhere. Nice large rooms, great bed and very clean. Breakfast is served daily from 7 to 10. Nice selection, including fresh fruit, pancakes and eggs. Safe area, plenty of parking with security always presant. I checked out this morning and Dianna took her time to make sure my visit was enjoyed. If your looking for a clean, safe and friendly hotel with great location, this is it. Thank you to Dianna and staff. You made my stay an enjoyable one. 5 stars for this place. *****
Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my reservation citing safety concerns after local residents told me it was in a very unsafe area, and Vicky, the manager, said my concerns did not matter and she was keeping the first nights stay deposit because it was a special event...meaning ste could keep my money, and most certainly sell the room again. Others in my same group had the exact same experience. I don't care how close it is to the stadium,if a property manager hears you say you don't feel safe because you are traveling solo and their property is in a sketchy area, and chooses policy over their customer, it's just gross. I'm sure she'd do the same to her own family just to keep her $339
Positive: "" Negative: I think the overall rating for the hotel is very good except when it comes to disable people. I requested a room with a walk-in or rolling shower. I did not get that. I am disabled with mobility issues and was given a bath tub. Very upset about this.
Stayed here for the Orange Bowl Georgia vs FSU. The hotel is somewhat convenient for a long walk to the Hard Rock stadium. Rooms were avg at best, nothing that set them apart from any other hotel. Service staff were adequate meaning they were not over zealous to serve nor under either...just a job for them. Heard many police sirens all evening in this area and through the night, but not the hotels fault just appeared to be the area in which we were staying. Ate within the hotel restaurant upon arrival, the food was decent but run of the mill taste, and flare. Parking seemed adequate.
Okay. I found this place on UberEats and OH.MY.GOD. This might truly be my favorite sushi EVERR!! And I have eaten A LOT of sushi in my life lol. Their Mussels are on a WHOLE OTHER level! Wow! The level of freshness in each roll and dish is unbelieva

Always a great time at Hard Rock Stadium. Worst part is getting out afterwards. The attendants do not help and everyone cuts everyone else off and people don't let each other in, terrible.
