We Loved it Here. Vacation in Clear Water We Gambled on this hotel and It was Great. Rooms Where clean and cozy ideal For Couples. Yes It is A block from the main strip but It was Quite. The Little Private dock Is Great for Watching the sun Set and Rise or reading. The pool was Clean and the Deep end Was 8 ft. That's A Score when you are a 6'ft 4in There Is a Very Good Pizzeria that's Neighbors to a Local wine and spirits store. A Short Walk for the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Only good thing about this place how close it was to the beach that's it! 1st room I saw was a massive dump & dirty. Luckily the one we stayed it was nice but false advertisement didn't have a tub, kitchen table and chairs and ocean view. They charge you 25.00 per towel after 2. Expect you to only use 2 towles for a 6 day stay and the amount of sand that is on your body after the beach. They don't have house keeping, when trying to co taxt a worker or manager to ask for something they clearly don't get back to you until almost 2 days later I don't recommend this place at all unless your solo. I was very disappointed in the place gave months an advance notice when I would arrive and I had arrive at 4am and wouldn't let us check in till almost 2pm after driving straight though from kentucky driving over 13 hrs and had to walk around until our room was ready next time I will spend the extra 2000 to stay in a real hotel where people actually care who stays in there places.

Mold in bathroom and along baseboards. Pee stains on mattress and mattress cover. Dirty and thick dust on ceiling fans. Air conditioner smelled like mildew and stale air, so much so that we couldn’t use it. Their photos are from decades ago, it doesn’t look anything like their photos now. Pool is terrible, didn’t see one person swim or hang out by pool the whole week. The majority of the clientele are transient lower end druggies that have no money and renting a place to party for a night. Reminds me of places we would stay when we were late teens early twenties and broke. The only positive is the location. Much better option across the street at Devon Shores that’s been fully renovated/restored for a few bucks more.

A quiet and practical little RBNB for the budget conscious. It is an old place, remodeled and upgraded. Within walking distance of the beach. It is clean and handy.

The location splits the beach in half, liquor store a block away, beach is 2 blocks away, Frenchy's South Beach is the place to get great food..Snow crab..bacon wrapped scallops and of course a bowl of She Crab soup..

I booked these accommodations for our family vacation with my husband and toddler months in advance. It was an absolute disappointment. We booked for 5 nights and left after the first night. The washroom was gross and we could not imagine bathing our toddler in a rusty stained bathtub or even showering in it. The property was clearly poorly maintained and seems ownership literally slapped on a coat of paint and called it a day. The pool looked old and unclean and we were told had a layer of paint floating in it the day before we arrived. Also there were electric lights hanging over the pool with is a HUGE safety hazard. Photos were clearly outdated and had none of the outdoor amenities. We were thankful to receive a refund for the remaining 4 nights we had booked and that we were able to find other accommodations. I would never stay here again. It’s truly unfortunate because the property has great potential due to its location.

Me and my man stayed here for almost a week, upon arrival we were blown away at the view of the bay from our rooms windows!! We felt like we were on a boat it was beautiful. The back deck was definitely our favorite part. The wildlife around the bay were so fun to watch and observe , beautiful birds, and lizards on the tree, as well as getting to watch the fish jump from the bay! It was a quiet and relaxing environment with absolute prime location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and all the greatest locations to eat, drink, and shop, we didn’t use our car at all on the island! Only downside was the bath and bathroom sink were clogged upon arrival , so the water drained slow. But otherwise, great stay for a great price and we will definitely be back again!

This is one of several original motels in the neighborhood. There is a nice, warm water pool in the front of the building. In the back, there are boat docks that you can sit on and relax. They put a small table and chairs out there and we had breakfasts and dinners there. The room we were in was very clean and the kitchenette was well supplied with utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cups. Pretty much everything you need to make a meal. I booked through Airbandb and our host Lea was very good at communicating and checking in to make sure we had everything we need. I made the decision to book based on other positive reviews about the place. This is not the Hyatt or the Wyndham Grand, which are several hundred dollars more per night but it is clean, quiet and the best part...5 minutes walk to the powdery sand and bustling beach. Everything you need is walking distance. We were there for the beach and although busy, it was great! I recommend the Sta and Pla Motel if you want to be near all the action, have the use of your own kitchen and be well looked after by a great host.
