Dale was superb in every way.
I used to be ahead of the curve but now I'm somewhat buried under the (technological) curve. Dale communicated clearly about how he would straighten out my tech issues -- and then he did a great job. His knowledge is deep and his ability to communicate is excellent.

Recently bought a new printer from Best Buy. I wanted them to install the new printer to my laptop, but they no longer provide that service inside their store. When I told them I needed help, a store technician gave me a business card, and said I could arrange for a technician to install a printer inside my home. ( This idea did not interest me).
As a result of this I went to the internet and found "St. Louis Tech Support." After speaking to Dale I was impressed with his patience. He took the time to really listen. The very next day I took my printer and laptop to this business and within a few hours everything was completed. When I arrived to pick up the printer, Dale explained, step by step, everything he had done. I left with the confidence knowing that my problem was resolved.
If I ever need this type of technical service again my go to place is St. Louis Tech Support.

My wife has used the services of Dale at St Louis Technical Support for at least 11 years, recommending him to family and friends. More recently, we have needed computer support in more complex problems and Dale has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. He has quickly responded to our needs, even when we contacted him after hours.
He is an excellent professional, in regard to isolating and correctly computer problems. Moreover, he is easy to work with. I would not use anyone else.

There are times when we need help with our technology. St. Louis Tech Support has been great! Dale installed a printer that then had problems. He worked hard to solve them...and then did the legwork to purchase and install a replacement printer. It's almost like having our son (software designer living in Boston) back home!

Fresh waffles with ice cream?? Was isn't to love?? Delicious. They also provide maple syrup as well as Vanilla, Chocolate and Caramel sauces to drizzle on. Powdered sugar? Yes, please! I recommend the Blackberry Cobbler ice cream.
