The Pooler laboratory experience was truly a pleasure from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. It was able to get in and out in less than 20 minutes. The phlebotomist was wonderful. However, I can’t provide 5 star’s due to the lack of follow through. My results were not faxed to the office # listed and highlighted on the order document. I had to follow up with the laboratory and supervisor. I was disappointed due to the the lack of honesty/ information provided when I asked what happened.
Never come here. This place is one of the poorest managed facilities you'll ever visit. Came here to pick up a test kit my doctor ordered and have been waiting 30 minutes and still no kit. Trust me, go somewhere else
Update: After 30 minutes they called me back only to tell me they did not have the test kit I needed, even though my doctor sent in the order over a week ago. Secondly, they tell me that my insurance is out of network. They had my insurance information from the doctor order from over a week ago, yet no one checked and bothered to tell me until I show up. This place is unacceptable.
I was there on January 2 to have a procedure done with Dr. Levitt and the staff was really professional but I want to give credit to the nurse who helped me, her name is Jennifer, I can only say that we need more people like her, super friendly, attentive to what I told her, very professional and with a lot of empathy, I was truly blessed to have her as a nurse!!! Personally, I’m extremely shy and uncomfortable when it comes to Gastrointestinal and this office made me feel comfortable understood they were very kind and I thank them very much for their kindness and understanding. Blessings !
The staff is absolutely Amazing! They took great care of me from my pre-op to the actual day of my surgery. I received a beautiful aftercare card from them to say thank you for entrusting them. Customer care at its finest!💞💐
Staff was excellent. Very professional, nice and courteous . Made me feel very comfortable and safe. Medical procedures make me very nervous as i get older.Was very impressed. Glad to see there are still people and employees with a high work ethic.

I love the way that medical staff was attentive, to my needs, also making sure I wasn’t in pain. You can tell that staff really enjoy their job as nurse, and doctor.

Coming to this practice is like meeting with family. They are all very kind, caring, friendly, and professional. I first saw Dr. Hunter, then met Dr. Wiggins, and think very highly of them both. I have had the pleasure of meeting all the Physician Assistants and I can not say enough good things about them all. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs a highly educated and well trained staff to care for their needs.

My favorite place to run, especially not long before sun down. The track is easy but still long enough to still feel like a workout. The trees and lanterns are charming. Not often many people around.
