Amazing place, everything is so clean and well thought. Wallace and Nancy will do everything to make you comfortable. Breakfast is awesome, one of the best I have ever had. If I travel to Chattanooga again, I will definitely stay at the St. Francis Cottage.
Wow! What a pleasant experience. Nancy and Wallace are outstanding hosts. The food was delicious. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with anything you needed. There was complimentary wine/beer in the evening with homemade cookies. Just those extra little touches that make a difference. We did not visit the grounds due to the rain; however, this is our new place to stay when visiting in Chattanooga and we are looking forward to stay at St. Francis' cottage on our next visit.
What a wonderful place Nancy & Wallace have created! They have worked so hard on every detail and have made it such a beautiful experience. Can’t begin to thank them enough for everything. They’ve thought of everything from from the decor, to the cozy feel, to the food, & the personal greeting when you arrive. We loved the coffee bar and amenities. Very conveniently located & easy to find. St. Francis Cottage is a definite if visiting or passing through Chattanooga! Truly Loved our short visit!

The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was remarkable, from the cozy rooms to the delicious homemade breakfast served each morning and to the refreshments in the evening. Wallace and Nancy's passion for their B&B shines through in every interaction, making guests feel like cherished friends rather than just customers. The location is perfect for exploring the charming surroundings. One recommendation for would be guests is to book directly.

Wow !!!!! This place is a little slice of Heaven!!!! I felt so at home here. The grounds were like a little Oasis. The location was perfect close to every thing but just far enough away for total privacy. The rooms were beautiful, clean
and extremely comfortable.When we arrived we were welcomed by fresh homade cookies. Wallace and Nancy treated us like family and were so nice and kind. The food was so delicious (people please taste the food before adding salt and pepper) the spices were perfect!!!! We left there and went to a 5 star resort in North Carolina and let me tell you it could not hold a candle to St. Francis Cottage. I will recommend this place to everyone. And can't wait to stay there again!!!!
I visited about 3 weeks ago for my boyfriend's birthday. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the "back home" feel to the decor. We stayed in the Cardinal room. I loved the reading nook area. The B&B is in the city but you couldn't tell it due to what Mr. Wallace said was sound proofing. The bed was the most comfortable I'd been in in a long time. I loved the breakfast Mrs. Nancy prepared (I had been craving pancakes). We only stayed 1 night, we will be back soon to enjoy the garden.
Amazing stay. Top notch accommodation and amazing breakfast. My wife is a picky eater, but she absolutely loved breakfast all 3 mornings of our visit. I highly recommend staying at the St. Francis Cottage. I’m hoping we can come back again soon.
