St. Clair Bowl - Bowling alley in Fairview Heights - 5950 Old Collinsville Rd, USA

Extremely disappointing service experience. After contacting them at 4:30, I was informed that the lanes would be available from 5pm onwards. However, upon arriving at 5:15, I was abruptly informed that all lanes had been reserved for the Friday night league. It is incredibly frustrating that this crucial information was not communicated to me earlier, especially considering that I had gathered my family of five and an additional group of five out-of-town guests. We wasted a 20-minute drive only to be turned away due to the lack of consideration from the customer service team.

Love this joint. It's always busy on the weekend so be aware but staff is helpful & nice which is dope. Only thing to make itbetter would be draft stag

We went on a Saturday night and had to wait less than 15 minutes to get a lane! Everyone was friendly and it was very clean!

We are average bowlers. We do enjoy the sport. We have come to this alley several times. Customer service is extremely helpful and nice. The prices are good. The alley's are care for nicely. I have not personally had their food, however I have been told that it is good. There are games in a game room to play if you are not a bowler. The restrooms are always clean. They have a bowling shop if you need to purchase bowling equipment. The parking is free and adequate. This is a family place where you can enjoy having fun. It has everything you need for a great family outing.

I hosted my baby shower here and everything was amazing!! I love their large event space. The price is phenomenal especially during these times. The atmosphere was great. Its very family oriented. You get more than your monies worth.

Yesterday was our first visit, we were so happy we went. We love our family days we like to visit new places this was for sure a great choice! They were friendly and helpful. They have many lanes as well as a food area and games section for the kids.We will for sure go back!

You get what you pay for. Last time we were there food took over an hour, and it wasn't busy at all. So idk. Again, you get what you pay for

Lots of room. 50 lanes. Food is good too. The only draw back is that there is only one table for two lanes in the bowlers area. So someone is going to have to sit farther back and on the carpet. It is pretty cool to bowl on the same lanes that Mckendree University bowls on.
