Had a great experience with St. Charles Monuments. The biggest plus is how responsive and professional they were. I was able to call or text them with questions/concerns and would get a same-day response. They did great work with my mother’s monument and had an array of monument designs to help me best choose the one I felt most comfortable with. Definitely recommend!

My father recently passed unexpectedly and my brother and I came here to select a headstone. It was very obvious that the man who “assisted us” was being deeply inconvenienced by our presence. He was rude and unhelpful. He handed us an iPad of photos to flip through and turned back to work on his computer, then was annoyed when we had questions about what we were looking at. He explained nothing and spoke to us like we were stupid for not knowing what we were required by the cemetery to purchase. I realize that headstones are their everyday business but, like us, most people are living through the worst days of their lives and have never had to purchase a headstone before. A modicum of kindness and compassion is REQUIRED. Please don’t spend thousands of dollars at this place. They’re taking advantage of your grief and ignorance. The entire funeral and burial industry in America is a complete scam, honestly, but if the Boomers in your life are making you participate in it, don’t let this establishment have your money.

Saint Charles Monuments did a beautiful inscription on our family head stone. They were excellent in giving us updates as to where they were in the process and the work was completed promptly. We are grateful to them for giving our family closure!
