The Inn is a lovely place to stay in the Garden District. One can hop on the streetcar or walk to some of the best restaurants in the city very easily.|There is a gated parking lot at the hotel, and parking was included with my stay. It can easily cost up to $45 to park a car at a hotel or a lot in New Orleans, so free parking is something to take in consideration. |The environment feels safe and easy to navigate on foot, by car or public transportation. |The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.|I would definitely stay at the Inn again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast, free gated parking, and best of all…location! The staff made sure we were happy with our room and our stay. They gave us helpful information to get around the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking is tough in the city, and having gated parking near our room was great! Also, access to the streetcars was right in front to take us anywhere on St Charles to the French Quarter. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is charming and in a great location in Garden District for Streetcar stop and access to all other districts for dining, shopping and touring. Excellent staff with comfortable and clean rooms. Can enjoy the continental breakfast in the lobby or outside on terrace with light jazz music playing. Coffee, juices, choice of varied toasts and bagels , cereals, yogurt, fruit, hard cooked eggs and breakfast sandwich. Was able to keep our car in gated lot during our 4 night stay as we chose to walk and take the public transportation. Get the Le Pass app and pre purchase tickets( we did the 3 day jazzy pass for $8) and track the times to and from destinations. U pizza delivers and was excellent. Joey K’s restaurant featured traditional dishes and was close enough to ride/walk. |Overall , a great stay in a safe area of New Orleans. |

A nice hotel on St Charles Ave, attached to the Superior Grill Mexican restaurant and near a trolley stop. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tight but there was an additional sink area when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice feel to this hotel and we will definitely choose it again!

We had an amazing sta! Our room was extremely clean (I’m super critical, especially if hotel bathrooms and I had not one complaint!) and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly nice and the location is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Two night stay at St. Charles Inn was a great experience! I stayed at a corner room that was bright, very well decorated with good amenities, including a microwave oven and refrigerator in the room. So glad I opted for this charming hotel instead of the Hampton Inn next door. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in New Orleans . While not right in the center of the action in the French Quarter, definitely very convenient to get there with the street car right in front of the hotel plus you get a quiet, calm environment when you need it. The restaurant attached to it, Superior Grill, also offers great Mexican food. Continental breakfast was adequate for a quick meal with lots of choices. Plus, their GM Ceyda was very responsive and took care of my 20 + guests every need. Bravo!

We stayed at the Saint Charles Inn last night. We came to New Orleans for medical testing for my husband. Hotel is literally in walking distance from the hospital and my husband’s doctors office. It was very nice having a gated parking area which was included to my surprise at no extra fee. I was very pleased with the size of the room and the amenities in the room. We were very comfortable there was no noise and slept very well. The staff was friendly and courteous anytime we needed anything. The superior Grill restaurant is literally attached to the hotel, and you can enter through a door in the lobby, which is very convenient. The restaurant and the staff there was also very courteous and friendly. You can hop on the street car very close to the hotel. This was super convenient for us as my husband can’t walk long distances. I wanted to mention we also travel with my husband’s service dogs, and the hotel was very accommodating to us and them. The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend staying here. Anytime you are in the big easy! The hotel is very pretty as well. Forgot to say that. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and personable, the room is very clean, and the improvements have made this hotel my favorite place to stay when visiting. Now they have added an inside door that access Superior Grill. I love eating at their locations across Louisiana!
