Thank you Geoffrey, the general manager who made me feel so comfortable when I wasn’t feeling well! My daughter and I had a wonderful time. This hotel is so quaint and close to all the main attractions and is on the beautiful street of St. Charles Ave. which is a charming street so close to great restaurants, Magazine Street, French Quarter and the Garden District. We loved the boutique style of this darling hotel filled with character. The front desk was helpful especially when I wasn’t feeling well. Please stay hydrated if you come in the month of August. We loved having parking available too. As a single mamma I felt very safe and cozy! Thank you!

This was the last hotel for us on our southern states road trip so a couple of nights relaxing was needed.|Location was spot on, not too far from main areas with a trolley stop directly outside. Felt safe in the neighbourhood, even in the evening (couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance) unlike NOL itself.|Great hotel very clean with great, friendly staff, easy check in.|Our room felt more like a suite, very spacious , huge comfy bed spotlessly clean which made our stay really enjoyable.|Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, think we payed around €230 for the two nights so really good value.

Excellent, no frills 3 star hotel. It is in the garden district and has free parking. I love the quaint neighborhood with lots of history. I felt at home and would return. We were told our bill would be adjusted for the inconvenience of changing rooms due to a plumbing issue. I am trusting that will be honored. The elevator sounds rickety though :-)

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Hotel staff was super courteous and helpful. Check in was super fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We got to our room and the smell of refreshing lemon was a blessing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Trip started out on very good note. First, kudos to Andi & Carlos who were very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable & professional. Handled our problem and concerns promptly. The other staff didn’t care & were nonchalant about problem with rooms. Guest services said I could checkout & get a refund rather than offer other some other compensation after we had to change rooms twice (a/c problem in first room which was fixed next day…second room was not as nice, shower liner had build up of mildew, hair on bathroom floor, pills on floor on the side of bed. Switched back to original room and water pressure in toilet bowl became an issue. Personnel at front desk nonchalant- maintenance not available on weekend. Very frustrating!!! No offer to reduce bill-just checkout. Too far into trip to do that! Nice patio area; located in historic area and trolley access were a plus.

Positive: The smell in the entire hotel. It was clean. The room service people are hardworking. Amazing work. The isolation of the walls and managing the temperature in the room. But the hotel is a hidden champion. I was truly sad when I left the hotel. Negative: Lack of breakfast, maybe. But the hotel is perfectly located. Outside you have plenty of options.

The hotel seemed nice, with convenient parking. However, the front desk manager's incompetence and rudeness ruined our stay. We acted extremely patient and civilised with her. It appeared that she didn’t know anything. She refused to answer anything because, quoting, “Not my problem.” And I'm serious. ||||Only the general manager helped us resolve all of our questions.

Came here to get my son his passport on an emergency basis. The price for what you get is actually really good! I thought the price was reasonable, the rooms were spacious and clean, the wifi worked well (I had to work a bit while here, so the wifi did the job!), and the grounds were comfortable and clean. They also have a garage to park your vehicle, so that is it more protected from crime, which was really nice. I have no complaints! Tram was right across the street, and the location of the hotel was close to plenty within walking distance!
