Ssyal, what a treat it was! Let me get into it. It’s been a while since I have been able to have Korean style chicken soup. It brought back memories of when I lived in South Korea and could get it anytime I wanted. The food was hands down as good as when I had it in Korea. Maybe not 100% identical. I do think the soup base was really good and the egg dish was amazing and the seafood pancake was good but, seemed like the batter they used was really fluffy and made the pancake really thick. The service was okay. The shorter waitress really seemed kind of rude to my friend and I. The taller waitress was very friendly and kind. I did like how they had eye catching things in the walls and the music was very nice to hear. Overall, I will say give Ssyal a try if you want home style Korean chicken soup. It will make you feel better instantly!
We had an exceptional dining experience at Ssyal! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Korean rib soup and bulgogi. The rib soup had a rich, flavorful broth that was both comforting and invigorating, while the bulgogi was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of sweetness and savory. Each bite was a delightful journey through traditional Korean flavors. The ambiance of the restaurant added to our enjoyable experience, making it a perfect spot for both family dinners and friendly gatherings. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Korean cuisine!
Very authentic, home-cooked style Samgye-tang; rich broth, great quality stuffed game hen and banchan (fish cake, kimchi, etc) served with each entree. Atmosphere is relaxed, and wait times are as well - don't pop in for a super fast meal. Get cozy and settle into your seat on a cold night, sip some ginseng liquor or a Korean beer, and savor the flavors and experience. Kind staff and clean, authentic Korean eatery.
Dumplings are so good. You must eat it There's whole chicken with soup and inside chicken there's even sticky rice full of soup. The soup comes out with rice, which is not just white rice it's sticky rice with lots of other grains, not only it tastes good but also it feels healthy!
The restaurant is clean and staffs are attentive. Off course the food are amazing! We had the premium hen soup and the meat was delicious and tender! We been visiting here multiple times and still are one of our go to places for soups!
This is an authentic place to grab Korean chicken (cornish hen) soup. The broth is very clean and without MSG. You can feel the depth of the broth with ginseng. Speaking of ginseng, if you feel adventurous try their ginseng milkshake. It’s definitely an experience! I will be back to try some other dishes.
The food was really tasty. The chicken soup, fried dumpling were amazing and the staff were really helpful with the menu. Really great experience 👍
The food was so delicious that we decided to come back. The Ginseng Chicken soup was absolutely the best that I have tried years. The environment is very nice and clean! Will definitely come back again if I am in Chicago!

Got the honey garlic wings and tteokbokki. Both were a 5/5. The wings here arenât your average sports bar wings. They are giant and sooo juicy. The honey garlic sauce was addictive and not overly sweet. I was a little skeptical to try the tteokbokk

In Chicago and stopped by this place. Grand opening for them. Wonderful people with a great spirit overall. Had a chance to dive into the whole thing of coffee coming from Ethiopia after meeting their African-American roaster of coffee. Lovely time -
I'm writing this review after taking a full year of classes at Vibez. Initially, I bought class packs and then signed up for the monthly membership (8 classes a month) once I knew it was a good fit. Over the course of 2023, I lost more than 20 pounds

This apartment was a great find for us. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Importantly for our group the kitchen is well equipped - there have been many places we've stayed where there aren't enough bowls an
