It is often that we hear about problems with customer service, so I wanted to balance that scale with feedback from a very happy customer. I had been trying to solve what should have been a very simple issue. The challenge was my need was urgent and had less than a 24hr turnover window. I sent an urgent “help me” message to our account manager and SSR Scheduling on Saturday @ 6p. I knew I would hear back from someone on Monday morning. However, our account manager went above and beyond and sent me a message on Sunday night at 7p asking that scheduling get me on the calendar asap. At 8:30a Monday morning I received a call from a tech and we were able to work through a solution all the while he validated that I had truly done all that I could on my end to find my own solution. I have worked with SSR since 2010 and once again they have risen to meet my need in a highly engaging and supportive manner.

Sarit and his team have provided great knowledge and insight during our search for a new ERP. They helped us examine our current business processes and discuss how they should look in the future state with a new ERP. SSR's knowledge and experience really guided our journey to selecting a new product that best fits our needs and are helping during the implementation phase as well. Excellent support and a great team to work with.
