I honestly cannot say enough things about Tony. I live approximately 2 1/2 hours away and I found Tony through social media TikTok. I run a plumbing company and we have approximately seven rigid camera systems with locators. One of our new reels broke inside of a drain and I was told by one repair shop and Los Angeles that it would cost me 4200 to repair. I sat on the camera for about four months not ready to spend that much money until I came across Tony. He advised me to bring it to his shop which I did and thank you Lord, Tony SAVED me $3600. Tony is an awesome individual. Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. I understand as a business owneR Sometimes we can get busy and Sidetracked to not get back to people, but let me tell you, Tony‘s first impression was amazing. His work speaks for itself, his shop is nice and clean and I will definitely spread the word to my fellow colleagues in the industry that have plumbing companies as well. I had a problem with my sewer camera I was looking for the best option and finally found SSR technology. They did amazing job fixing my sewer camera also they did a full maintenance and adjusted every single screw price was amazing they fix super quick. What an absolute joke of a company. I have used SSR technology for about 3 years and did'nt really have a problem until the last year or so. Reels coming back not fixed, breaking quickly, repairs not done right, now this guy is holding one of our reels and giving me the run around telling me he is going to be shipping it tomorrow, then nothing, then tomorrow, then nothing. I sent some of the reels he had fixed to another repair center that is Ridgid authorized and they told me he has been using incorrect parts to fix our reels, using electric tape to bandaid together broken parts!!! NO WONDER THEY KEPT BREAKING SO OFTEN AFTER HE "FIXED" THEM!!!!! He is also not an authorized Ridgid repair center so Ridgid will be hearing about this and he will most likely get shut down. DO NOT SEND HIM ANYTING OR BUY ANYTING FROM HIM!

Don’t do business with this company. Tony took my money and has not fulfilled my request. I have not received what I ordered. When I asked for my money back he refuses to return it. I reached out to him. Asked him if he could get me a cable and reel for my camera. Or if he had a used one I could purchase. He gave me a price said he could have it to me in a couple of days. Before I gave him the money I asked him if there would be any other charges since I live out of state. He assured me that he would handle it. After sending him the money he sent me a message asking me for more money for shipping. That he had made a mistake. I was upset. He asked me for 3 different amounts. I told him that I was not going to send him any more money. Because at that point I feel like I was being scammed out of money. I told him to send what I ordered. I would pay the shipping after he sent what I ordered. Once I had it I had no problem sending him the shipping cost. He refused. So I told him to send my money back. He refused. So he stole my money. He nothing more than a thief. I will everything in my power to get my money back. Along with any expenses it costs me. But I would not do business with him. I gave him plenty of opportunities to make it right. I didn’t want to do this and hurt anybody’s financial income. But I have no choice. I can’t stand by and let him continue to do this to people. A simple refund or shipping my goods would have kept this from happening. But he won’t don’t either. Save yourself a huge headache and just avoid this company.

my sewer camera screen broke and called SSR Technology, they odered screen. went in to pick up they installed very fast. affordable price. they were very nice and proffessional. I highly recommend them. And will be going back to do business with again. thank you so much..

Contacted Tony about my rigid sewer camera which was giving me problems. I sent it out from Pittsburgh and he was on it within a day or two of getting it. Had a bad experience with rigid and their long waits but SSR technology took care of my camera issues quickly and I will be using them from now on.
