I had a wonderful experience at Washington Road South Beach! The healthy food options were fantastic and truly hit the spot, we have. Salmon burger and we notice is the only place that's sells it in the area, we also had the chicken parmigiana with melted mozzarella and Italian tomatoe sauce, delicious! The ambiance was delightful, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a nutritious meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in their delicious and health-conscious offerings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and nourishing dining experience!

We found this spot walking on Washington avenue, and we stop because the place looked so beautiful , clean and it had a wide menu , with so many options for everyone in my family, the prices were really good and fair , nothing compared with the ocean drive. We had, chicken parmigiana , lobster burger and beef Burger! 100 points! Highly recommended.
First of all, Maria; the owner is an absolute doll! I came at the right time because I had the whole place to myself (3/3:30pm on a Wednesday). The menu has a great array of options from fitness to vegan eats - perfect for the health conscious. I mean it really gets hot in Miami Beach so you don’t want to eat anything too heavy so this place is perfect!! I feel energized and light! My new fast & affordable spot on Washington!
I had a fantastic experience at SQUAREAT! The sandwich wrap was incredibly fresh and delicious, bursting with flavors that left my taste buds satisfied. The mango juice was the perfect accompaniment, refreshing and full of natural sweetness. The standout, however, was Maria's exceptional service—her warmth and attentiveness truly made the dining experience memorable. I had to come back and get another one! Thank Maria for being sooo sweet!

The food here is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I believe this entire place is a social experiment. Totally inedible!! Editing to respond to owner: It’s not my fault your food is on the same caliber as hog food. I’m sure they eat better food in prison. I saw this cafe in Ocean Drive, with excellent food and a hefty serving at a good price. And our server Agustina is really lovely and kind. One of the best breakfast place we ever had.
