Square View Inn - Hotel in Unionville - 1709 Grant St, USA

Best place to stay when you need a home away from home! It has everything you need. Wonderful beds! Sheets and blankets omg are the best!! Plenty of room for the whole family !! If you don’t stay here trust me you will regret it!

Stayed in Unit 2 and it was recently updated and is very nice. Kelly the Manager is great to work with. Would definitely stay again. All new appliances and had a washer and dryer in the unit. Fridge has an ic maker which is great!

Cute efficiency apartment style hotel. Access is directly from street parking. Plenty of parking. The apartment smelled fresh and clean. It is old, but that character can be appealing, which was to us. We found it homey and quaint! Beds were not super fancy but definitely more comfortable than a regular, cheap hotel/motel bed. Cost was good. Would stay here again should there be a need.

The apartment/room was great! Nice and clean, quiet too. Funny odor in hallway of the building but didn't have it in the room itself. We were in Unot 3 where the bedroom was upstairs and the queen-sized bed was very comfortable. TV's in both the livingroom and bedroom. The only thing I did not like about it was there was no bathroom fan. Owner was very nice and accommodating! I would reccomend Square View Inn to all my friends and family. Thanks, Kelly!

Our family (and a spare kid) stayed en route to the 2017 eclipse. We were in unit 2 with the upstairs bedroom and the kids enjoyed having their own space (and TV). Having the sitting area/kitchen separate from both bedrooms made it feel so much larger than even a suite in a regular hotel. Everything was in great shape and very clean. My wife and I both wish we could find a similar place in our other travels. Definitely worth going out of the way for with a larger family, especially given the very reasonable price.

Most cheap places to stay are just that. Cheap ... So when we arrived we weren't expecting much. For about $70 a night this place exceeded my expectations in every way. The room is kind of like a lodge but the place was massive. There's one room with a queen size bed. Upstairs has a room with a TV and three beds. Downstairs has a full stocked kitchen for people doing extended stays and four bar stools for people to sit at the counter. This place could easily sleep 7 - 8 people. Even more of a blow up mattress was brought. This is the only place I've stayed at for under $100 that I would recommend and definitely stay again if I was ever there again. There was also free reliable WiFi.

The owner Kelly always was responsive when we had any questions while booking , and the rooms are well kept and clean. Very updated and you can tell he put a lot of work into this old historic place. Very pleased.

Called a week or two before visit, no big deal to reserve room. Arrived and called the owner and he promptly arrived to unlock the door. I was expecting a regular hotel room - nope MUCH MORE! It is basically a small apartment in a turn of the century building with modern touches. Large TV, WIFI, full kitchen with utensils, two bedrooms, one bath. Even real coffee, not hotel blah coffee. Easy to find, right off the square in Unionville, with parking right outside door. Would highly recommend this place, especially when in an area where there are not many good options. I stayed in Kirksville last night at a Holiday Inn and I wish I would of drove up and stayed at the Square View Inn two nights instead of one.
