The staff at Spyglass are collectively the best management team I’ve ever encountered pursuant to apartment living. Mary and her staff are top notch and go the extra mile when called upon. The maintenance crew are also the best.

I absolutely LOVE living here!! Everyone is so friendly, the bi-monthly events are always first class and it's a quiet, peaceful place to lay my head at night! It's truly resort living at it's finest!

Spyglass Seaside is a great place to live. Location is awesome. Quick and easy to get to Folly beach , downtown , shopping , airport , etc. Really fun events are held every month which is a nice way to meet neighbors and the pool is gorgeous. The fitness center is sweet! Management has been incredible and very accommodating with request and help!!!! Also there are people of all ages here, which is really nice. Finally , dog friendly!

I absolutely love this community and living here! I literally looked at 15+ apartments across Charleston with a realtor hired for relocation by my company. And I knew I was home when I saw this community. The management is top notch, the property is well kept and walking around feels like a state park. The vibe, the neighbors, the close access to the beach and everything you need, is incredible! PS Brooke is an absolute dynamo and has made every second of living here feel so nice. Spyglass is Awesome!

My fiance and I have lived at Spyglass for a year and a half, and truly could not ask for a better apartment complex to call home!!! We love the proximity to Folly Beach and downtown, the people/staff, the dog park, ponds, and the apartments themselves. We’ve lived in two different units, and both were fantastic. The maintenance team is really good about fixing things asap when they break, and we really have only had a few small repairs needed. Could not recommend this community enough!

Just moved in a few months ago, so far no complaints. Solid community, friendly neighbors & a nice apartment. Looking forward to the next year here.
