Springs Hotel - Hotel in Ocean Springs - 424 Washington Ave, USA

This is a mixed review as there are many positives to our experience however, we had several situations that should not have occurred with a hotel chain labeled as boutique. The hotel is in a great location with wonderfully decorated rooms. Our original reservation was at the Roost which is owned by the same company as the Springs. The room we had at the Roost did not have functioning air conditioning and that is a must in July. We had to pack up and move ourselves to the Springs. The second day of our stay, they must have only booked us for one day and we came back to our hotel room only to find out the key pad to get in our suite had locked us out. There isn't anyone on staff at the Springs, so it took some time to find someone to talk to in order to get back in our room (where all our things were). The third day of our trip, someone was trying to get in our room with the key pad, they had obviously double booked our room. Another problem we had to sort out. For a hotel at this price point that is labeled boutique (we did not get any kind of discount for all the troubles we faced), their should be someone on staff at the hotel. There should also be some way to lock your door from the inside as anyone with a code can enter your room. The restaurants and stores in the area provided great service and wonderful meals. The Palmette is a lovely gift shop in the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful.

The Springs Hotel is a beautiful renovated boutique hotel in downtown Ocean Springs. Close to restaurants and shopping. They offer contactless entry and are very attentive with emails & text messages. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would definitely recommend The Springs to anyone traveling in the area!

Loved the beautiful room. The shower is incredible. The location is amazing. My only complaint is that that the room was a little loud between the sound of the ice machine, the Palmette, voices, and the lobby music. There is not a lot of soundproofing; however, I would definitely stay again and consider a different room.

Wonderful property with thoughtful design and layout. Decor throughout is exceptional. Great sitting areas inside and outside. We had upstairs room with inside entrance. The room was comfortable, roomy, but not huge, very quiet and peaceful. The high windows provide a nice effect of gradual sunlight in the morning. Comfortable bed. It would be nice to have light blocking shades on the double doors to the inside balcony. This would make the room darker at night. Bathroom is large and well equipped with huge shower and great fixtures. Bathroom would be better if there were 2-3 more towel bars, one is not enough.

We had a fabulous mother daughter trip to Ocean Springs. This hotel was absolutely the best! Each room is uniquely decorated and ours was very elegant, spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for strolling along the main street for dining and shopping. The hotel's representative was super attentive to our every want and need and was so very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend and will definitely return!!

Beautiful room and beautiful views. The wine glasses, bottled water in the fridge, as well as quality bath soap/shampoo/conditioner and coffee was noticed and so appreciated. One of my favorite features was the contactless check in/concierge! I’m pretty introverted and I loved being able to text if I needed anything! I also loved being a short walk from the beach and places to eat downtown. Amazing location and it feels more like a beach house with a beautiful floor plan than a hotel!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed 7 Nights in Mistletoe #5. The on-site parking was convenient. The private entry door was also nice. Kudos to Housekeeping service. It was exceptional.The so-called "contactless" check in is not my favorite. Hospitality/service begins with a face to face greeting especially when you have never been there before. Guest Questions? You have to call someone upon arrival or during your stay and hope they answer.|Check-in time strictly enforced by a door lock access system. Idea: Have somebody onsite during check in time. Some hotel guests find "contactless" is not cool or acceptable like it might be at an Air B&B.

Every aspect of this boutique hotel is polished, elevated, and botanical inspired. This isn't your average 'hotel'. The bed and pillows were so soft, I didn't want to get up. The dual spacious shower with dual shower heads (a adjustable detachable and waterfall overhead) are high end spa quality. My room was also stocked with coffee and herbal tea from local businesses in the area. It was so quiet, calming, and restorative. The location is spectacular too! You're less than 6 mins from the beach, unique shops, great dining, and fun nightlife but just far enough to where it's still quiet. Inside the main lobby you can find a shop called Palmette that sells fresh flowers, candles, art, and other one of a kind gifts. The architecture in this hotel is simply elegant. It's a great romantic spot for a quiet couples getaway. I can't wait to stay again with my husband. Bravo!!
