SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall - Hotel in Winston-Salem - 1015 Marriott Crossing Way, USA

Great place to stay, near restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and the room was neat and spacious we had two rooms for our family of six and we felt it could have slept 12 if sharing beds. But we were very comfortable with 4 kids And two adults. Breakfast was good quality waffles, eggs, baked goods,oatmeal, juice, coffee and tea. They could probably use more than one waffle iron though. The one there was a little wonky and there was a line to make waffles with only one for the whole hotel. Gym was decent, but too chilly. Pool looked nice, small but clean. Overall had a nice stay.

Love the hotel. Nice and clean great front desk staff. Unfortunately we got down stairs 2 minutes before breakfast ending n the staff told us breakfast was over and took our plates..then gave the family after us our plates and let them eat.(I guess we didn't fit the bill) but other then that we had a great stay.

The bed was really crummy- you could feel the springs when you sat on the side and every time you moved, anyone could hear it. Mold in the shower corners. If you're sensitive to buzzing/low vibrations, go elsewhere. As soon as we exited the elevators in the 3rd floor, I could feel a general vibration. We unplugged the mini fridge bc the buzzing was so bad, and that helped but it was still present the rest of the stay. Lots of hot water. Curtains made the room pleasantly dark. Microwave was very powerful.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The shower was a dream... the water was hot and the water pressure was amazing!! This hotel was recently renovated and it was very clean. We stayed in a King room and the shower was fairly small and when washing my body, couldn't avoid my body parts touching the wall or the doors (which I do not like) but outside of that, it was nice. One of the best things about the hotel is the proximity to everything!! The mall is down the street with lots of stores, there is shopping all around and plenty of places to eat. It was also wonderfully priced for our stay, as we booked it maybe 15 minutes before arriving!!

Quick stopover on our way to Boone from Cary. Not impressed with this Springhill Suites location. Not awful, but not great. It's tucked into a too-small location with another hotel. Negatives: Very small parking lot spots, small lobby and breakfast area, A/C is about 1 foot from one of the beds and blows directly on the bed (ice box), breakfast was very lacking (plastic bagels, powdered eggs.....just overall pretty lacking) Positives: clean, decent sized room

Got stuck in an "accessible" room, which meant no sink or mirror in the bathroom. Microwave had a sink next to it, but no mirror. No hand soap or any other amenities. Only one washcloth in a dual queen bed room, no hand towels. Light switches were impossible to find in the dark and were located in strange places. Beds were very comfortable, and the rest of the room was great.

Positive: This hotel was in a great location. The staff was so kind and very helpful. The room was pretty clean except for hair strewn all over the shower and crumbs on the bed upon my arrival. Good option. Clean public areas and rooms. No issues while there. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Near all the shopping options and food you will need.
