SpringHill Suites Valencia - Hotel in Valencia - 27505 Wayne Mills Pl, USA

The check in process was simple. Nick welcomed us right away and made us feel welcome. He even gave me a complimentary drink voucher for the lounge and explained where to park where breakfast was and about the game room equipment for the kids. The pool was beautiful! The room was fresh and clean! Great location. The shower pressure was good and overall well kept! Highly recommend!

The stay started well. Check in was super. Got to the room and it was what we expected. Everything seemed well until the next day. Went to breakfast and it was disorganized, understaffed and most important, dirty. The food areas were really not well kept. The tables were all dirty and no one was cleaning and the trash bins were all full. Saw the bar area still had half full beer cups and trash from the night before on it. Then we started noticing the cleanliness of the remainder. Big stain on carpet in front of elevator, water all over floor in front of ice machine. Second day breakfast cleanliness also was not well maintained and the waffles were gone. Went swimming in pool but when you looked close at the water you could see they did not clean it often. Debris and lots of hair. Not great….

Advertises free WiFi, but you have to be a member and book accommodation in the future. TV is nowhere near the beds or couch and does not face either. No lighting on the roof, just some lamps around Has a pool, but about one hundred room windows facing the pool - no privacy? Why did I spend so much to get so little? I've gotten more at a motel 6. Go down for some breakfast at 9:20 to find out It's closed That is unreal Great way to cut costs...

The room was excellent! I needed peace and quiet during a work related trip. |The front desk attendant, His name is Nick, was soooo helpful and patient, (i was really tired) im so glad he reminded me what time breakfast starts the next morning (I totally forgot breakfast is here available here, so I would have missing this.) I'm very very happy here. The company I work for has its team stay here--because we get excellent service every time. Nick did a great job of finding the best room for me and has a very helpful spirit.

Positive: Comfortable beds. Like the extra space with a couch and trundle bed. Also includes a microwave and small fridge. Large TV. Great location across from Six Flags. Negative: AC turned off overnight but staff was quick to repair it. The water smelled horrible and was too cloudy to drink. Shares parking with 3 other hotels so after 9 PM there was no close parking left on a Monday.

Bargain of the vacation. Went for Six flags. Used the free shuttle bus to the park, which was timely and well air conditioned. + location + price + complimentary breakfast + air conditioning + large comfy bed + underground parking - no locking bathroom - no safe - room was dark

Don’t let the pretty exterior of this hotel deceive you. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby and hallways smelled like a dirty diaper. I thought it might have been a poor choice of cleaning products. But when we entered our room, it smelled like a nursing home. Frankly, it smelled like poop. We opened up the windows and tried to air it out but you can only do so much to mask the smell. We realized the toilet didn’t flush. So, it probably really was that the previous people couldn’t flush the toilets and it stunk up the room. Thankfully, my husband is a plumber and knew how to make it flush again. But I will never stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed in many Marriott properties over the years but never at a Springhill suites. There is an upscale vibe, but we found the information on the Marriott website for this hotel to be misleading. It lists free breakfast but also a restaurant. When we arrived we found the "restaurant" was only open for the free breakfast and not available for any other meals. It also lists upscale amenities in the rooms, which was true for the large containers on the shower wall, but the only thing by the bathroom sink was a small bar of soap. My wife expected some sort of lotion. We checked in the "Market" off the reception area for some to purchase, but nothing like that there. Overall a nice property, but if you're looking for something with a full service restaurant, I'd look elsewhere.
