As the other reviewer noted, this is a new hotel. There were only a few vehicles parked outside when we stayed. The room is clean and the breakfast is all right. There is an Olive Garden that's a few minutes drive away, a good place to have dinner. There is also a Costco close by. We stayed for one night as we were passing through the area. Will not hesitate to stay again when in this area again.
This location is in the midst of a re-branding from a Marriott Sure Stay suites to a Comfort Inn. The mattress was a Marriott, the sheets from China and branded as Choice sheets. The mattress pad only had elastic on one corner of the pad. The entrance is under construction. The pool and hot tub were off limits due to a concrete deck repaint.|There was a strange black dirt/dust that kept getting on the bottoms of my shoes necessitating me cleaning them every day as we were leaving the property to go visit my mom in a nearby town.
Nice new hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was decent could have had a few more hot options but not a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again
Long line at reception to check in. Front desk clerk told me|That she was there by herself and she had no help. It is Memorial Day weekend, of course you will know there’s a lot of guest arriving prior so why not prepare with other receptionist? ||Ok we checked in, rooms look upgraded since our last time there, but we had no hot water in the room. Supposedly as I was told|By the front desk it was a problem with the pipes and the maintenance crew tried to fix this issue but it wasn’t fixed overall.||Front entrance is under construction and there’s a mess all over the parking lot, plastics, tools and a large trash bin towards the back where we had to park due to the full parking lot. ||Pool area was closed due to it being next to the maintenance area.||I suggest you wait till this place is completely renovated then book here.
The beds are comfortable and the morning waffles are good. The front desk staff is pleasant but that is where the good ends. |Billing has been a nightmare are they checked me into the wrong room. Still hoping it comes out ok. And grateful it is not on my debit card but my credit card. Numerous trips to the front desk to figure out. Ice machine on our floor spit out some slimy stuff. The pool was out of order. Room service straightened out room the first morning but not the second. The pillows are half the size as a standard pillow. Bottom drawer on the dresser doesn't slide all the way in so you can snag your little toe on it and the hotel is warm. So hot down here and it is just stuffy.
This is my second stay at this hotel. Once again I'm very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. The room was spacious, and included a sitting area; there's a full length mirror; the bathroom has a feature which most expensive hotels don't even have: a night light so that you don't have to turn on some obnoxious glaring light in the middle of the night! THANK YOU! Also, the bathroom counter is high and has a lot of room for toiletries. Even though it's located right near the freeway, it was quiet.||Staff were all very, very nice, from concierge to housekeeping.||||My only complaints: bathroom needs, and could accommodate, some more towel hooks/racks. Also, would be nice to have a freezer compartment in the fridge. Finally, my personal favorite and an indicator of quality to me: a handheld shower head.||||I look forward to staying here again.
I went to Turlock CA for a couple days and needed a room. I stayed in the Best Western. Even tho we had plac%e The room was nice and clean except the carpets were very dirty. If I chose to walk barefoot, my feet were black and so was my socks. The breakfast...not all that great. It was cold and not I recommend another.
This property is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. Guests are greeted with a |smiling welcoming hello. Breakfast area is clean and well stocked. Common areas are well lit and uncluttered. This is a safe area . T
My husband and I own our own company and we stay in hotels all over the West Coast. Even though Turlock seems like a small town in central California I have to tell you that my husband and I love this motel more than pretty much any other motel we've
The rooms were okay. The first room we got the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them up front and they were supposed to have maintenance take a look at it. Came back 4 hrs later and it was hot there was another person at the reception desk told
