SpringHill Suites Texas City - Hotel in Texas City - 13202 Outlets Blvd, USA

Outside of being perfectly located between Houston and Galveston, near the freeway, with lots of amazing food so close, and right across the street from the Outlet Mall, the beds are absolutely wonderful, the design and layouts of the rooms and bathrooms are ideal, but nothing beats the cozy home away from home each one of the staff members provide. Each one of them truly care about the comfort of their guests. The cleaning staff keep this entire hotel and rooms absolutely spotless. I stayed here for 2 weeks, and I witnessed a passion and integrity that every single of the team members carry for this neat little spot. I will be back!!

Positive: Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions and request. My room air conditioner was not working and they moved us without hesitation. Hotel employee was the best she engaged with the kids like if they were part of her family. Negative: One thing I did not like is when I installed my firestick the tv remote was useless and could not turn down the volume. I was forced to use the hotel tv setup only.

I loved how this was basically a halfway point between Galveston and Houston. The bed was super comfortable. I wish the pool also had a hot tub, but still loved it. The Bucees across the street was a huge plus. Staff was nice and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked due to the Beryl power outage on Galveston island. The hotel is clean and comfortable! Very much needed after a few days without power. The hotel is conveniently located to Buckees and other stores and restaurants. Check in was easy and the staff is very nice. We would definitely book again!

Rooms are so nice and spacious, best I’ve seen for this level of hotel. Great value for the money. Construction made access a little difficult, but that should be temporary.

Price was great and the rooms were very clean. Felt like a new room. Right beside a Buccees. Would definitely stay there again for that price.

Unfortunately the hotel cleaning staff when they came into our room damaged my CPAP machine and managed to somehow unplug my tablet and leave its screen on. I also found my headphones on top of my pillow when I left my hotel room now on the floor underneath the nightstand. When I talked to the manager of the hotel about this issue they took care of the problem and covered the price of a replacement heated hose for my CPAP machine. Hotel management was great at taking care of the issues that the housekeeping staff had caused. I would definitely recommend staying here.
