They don't tell you you have to pay for parking when you book a room. It's absolutely outrageous as no other hotel in this area charges for parking. This is Issaquah Washington not Los Angeles or New York. It's just a $16 charge they casually slide in there when you check in. This is just part of their bottom line and they think they can get away with it because of the premium prices they charge their clientele are accustomed to paying for parking. I used to stay here years ago but I forgot about the parking scheme. As I recall I never used to pay for parking and they don't tow anybody who parks I'm their lot. A hotel employee just confirmed with me they don't tow people who don't pay for parking so I would just tell them you don't need parking. I'm a business owner I know about the towing laws and this hotel does not have legal compliance to win in a court case even if they did tow your car.||This hotel charges a premium price however in other reviews you can see that the beds are not comfortable. I'm sitting here at 7:30 a.m. not able to go back to sleep. I woke up at 6 am with an aching back and decidedto get breakfast an hour later. Hoever it is the standard low budget hotel "continental breakfast" with the foam-textured instant watery eggs and link sausages. Or you can have cereal or Dannon yoghurt. The AmPm gas station has better coffee than this hotel. Luckily I brought my own coffee. When my daughter wakes up we're just going to check out early and find a restaurant.||This time I needed to do a bit of laundry and it was an absolute joke with the washing machine not actually getting my clothes fully wet. I've never seen a washing machine like this in all of my life. Now we have to go to a laundromat tomorrow which is going to change our plans. This hotel is nowhere near worth the money they charge. There are so many other good options in the area that charge about half as much and I'll bet they're washing machines work and they don't charge for parking. Some of these reviews on here look very suspicious I doubt they are from real guests. I work in internet marketing and I would bet everything I own that many of these reviews are created by their marketing company.||Also usually when you pay this much for a hotel you don't have to deal with cigarette smokers however almost every time I went out to the parking garage I was met with cigarette smoke. Most time that I used the elevator I could smell latent cigarette smoke. Someone please explain to me how a $275 a night hotel room with $16 parking serves this "quality" of food.||If you want a nicer hotel there are a few in Redmond which is a town very close to Issaquah. I can guarantee you they don't serve these institutional watery mystery foam eggs for breakfast.

Great place for families, especially parties of 6. Rooms are clean and have a sofa bed that converts to two small twin beds. It's close to the outdoors and convenience stores like Target. The pool is small but big enough for children. We were greeted by David at the desk and he did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed. The included breakfast is a bonus and during our stay they had a good selection of choices. We'll be back if we're ever in the area. Only con here are the parking spaces. They're very tight. But that's not a valid enough reason to drop a star.

This was a little trip to the Seattle area. I am not sure why people had bad reviews about this hotel. 1. Good location 2. We had an extremely late check in and the front desk(kevin) I believe was nice and welcoming even gave me some late night tea for my daughter's cough. 3. I had no issues with getting extra towels 4. My room was cleaned once while I was there for 3 nights and that was ok with me as we keep the room clean (duh) 5. The room was great 2 queens and plenty of space 6. Breakfast was normal and we where ok with the options, we just got up early to beat the crowds. Now downfall is the parking I didn't like that we had to pay per day. I feel that should be included for staying guess so maybe drop the price or don't charge at all. The walls are a little thin but no different than any other place. However it was just some kids running around in the room above us. SO PLEASE CONTROL YOUR KIDS HOTELS ARE NOT A PLAY GROUND BE RESPECTFUL OR STAY AT A AIR BNB FOLKS!!!!!. There is a laundry room, they have a mini store where u can grab a few things to wash clothes. Even little store to purchase snacks. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Love this place. Friendly staff. Great breakfast in a huge dining area. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. They have a pool and workout room as well. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, friendly staff, and the new bar is a great addition. Our bartender was exceptional as well. Young lady, dark hair. Didn't catch her name but great at her job. I've stayed here twice so far and look forward to coming back next month.

Positive: Rooms were spacious, free breakfast, the pull out bed looked nicer than most hotels (but I didn?t use it), microwave and refrigerator in room. Staff was kind. Negative: The restaurant was very, very limited. They didn?t offer room cleaning daily (we are over the pandemic era of living and it?s not acceptable anymore to cut costs that way), parking at $15/night is an unnecessary charge for guests.

Positive: Excellent value. Great staff. Awesome restaurants w/in walking distance. Negative: Charge for parking. I can understand during peak times, but when the hotel is quiet its tough.
