SpringHill Suites Quakertown - Hotel in Quakertown - 1930 John Fries Hwy, USA

With so many choices in the area, this has become our go to stay place when visiting family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Bed and pillows were good. My only complaint - the lighting in the bathroom (s) isn’t great - in fact, it’s awful! The breakfast is fine and a great, easy way to start your day. Amenities (pool, exercise room) are more than adequate for our stay. We will be back in the Spring.

The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable, staff was wonderful, and it was quiet. We travel over 100 nights a year and we never write reviews, but this one deserves a good review. The rooms have been remodeled and the ac was very cool! Highly recommend.

This is one of the best Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in. While it took a bit to get the room temperature cool enough (due to the HVAC systems being activated by motion sensors), the service in this hotel was superior! The staff was very attentive to this A/C concern and promptly addressed requests including a situation that arose with our reservation and others with whom we were traveling. The rooms were clean and comfortable otherwise. This would be my choice hotel should I return to this area.

No issues staying here. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was a nice spread, but would be nice if there were designated gluten-free items (had an orange and hard boiled eggs). Didn't use the gym.

This hotel was beautiful. It was very clean and the staff was amazing especially since my son forgot his razor and toothbrush, they made sure we received the items. They have water in the lounge with oranges instead and breakfast was good. No restaurants nearby except a WaWa and McDonald's, but McDonald's closed at 11. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

I'm a long-time Marriott member, and I wanted to book using points/cash, after spending several days with many grandchildren nearby. Apparently, the room with a whirlpool is not available using points or a combination of points and cash on the website. So, as a "valued member," I went into the hotel where I was told hotel personnel, including management, had no capabilites to help me book using points, I left to call customer service to assist me. They said the hotel reserves the policy on the room points/cash systems. So instead of actually taking my booking and money and points, they seem preferable to keep the room empty on a Tuesday night. Where's the logic in that? Oh yeah, a page banner warns me that the room I want is "almost gone" in a hotel with only (1) one whirlpool room in the entire hotel. How is the only room, almost gone? Perhaps it should say "last one-only one" Induction of FOMO, perhaps. It's very deceptive. I'm so agitated, I need a good, hot soak. I'm going to Choice Hotels. Enjoy!

The front desk person was not helpful while trying to get prices. The breakfast buffet looked ravaged and not kept. Couldn't find any staff when needed. Trash outside from the night before. Ugh! Where is Management? All the staff either couldn't speak English or they looked like they just got out of a Rehab!

Great location. The hotel team was excellent. We did have an issue with the bathroom. It was partially resolved while we were there.
