SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Mt. Lebanon - Hotel in Mt Lebanon - 611 Washington Rd, USA

Positive: the location is EXCELLENT. You can walk to shops and restaurants all around. The Parking is safe. The open seating area in lobby is great. Negative: need more outlets in the rooms. The breakfast was ok but I drink tea and the water in that pot was lukewarm. Otherwise, great option for price.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Great except for Marriott Micro Toilets that have seats 12 inches off ground. Too low to get on and off easily. This time, a group of us met in the lobby for drinks and visiting was I had two relatives staying here. Group of 10 was accommodated easily. Staff was very friendly. Bartender made it fun and was on top of service. Great environment to just hang out, catch up and talk without being bothered or being too crowded.

Stayed here with the family. Friendly staff, nearby restaurants, clean room, and a delicious breakfast. The pool is quite small, and my kids swam, but did wish the pool was bigger. Delicious breakfast coffee Overall five stars

Stayed for 3 nights: Cons: -no housekeeping service (we inquired after 2 days no service, they said they just “forgot” but couldn’t clean bc housekeeping left) -breakfast is terrible -beds not very comfortable -parking is more expensive than the garage 1 block east -separate toilet and shower rooms, but doors very thin & let light in. Easily will wake up partner sleeping in bed. Pros: -Fast WiFi, nice desk in room, lobby not too crowded and was decent to work from. Room spacious but odd layout. -overnight street parking is free, but need to register plate online with Mt.Lebanon -good restaurants to walk to nearby

There is NO MAID SERVICE!!!!! They come every other day for a “REFRESH”, which is taking out trash. No new towels, toilet paper, coffee/tea…didn’t make beds, wipe down sinks, or vacuum, nothing was cleaned at all!! , HORRIBLE!!!! The front desk told me rudely that this was on their website! IT IS NOT!!!! Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with this foul/lack of service. I had to go to front desk multiple times for towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc, and they had the nerve to cop an attitude. Especially the young kid w longish dark brown curly hair. He was very very strange and made us all uncomfortable. He DOES NOT BELONG IN SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! Poor hotel, poor service, and rude staff!!! DONT STAY HERE UNLESS U WANNA CLEAN UR OWN ROOM, fend for urself with getting TOILET PAPER, towels, sheets; make ur own bed…too many things to mention that is wrong w this place! I’ve never written a review of anything, but I want people to know what a terrible place this is!!!

Decent. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Modern. On-site parking garage (for a fee) below the hotel. I recommend parking short term on the street in front of the lobby to check in. Park in the garage after check in. You need your room key to get into the elevators from the parking garage. I give this property 4 stars instead of 5 simply because of the opaque glass bathroom doors. There is no way to use the bathroom at night without flooding the entire hotel room with the lights from the bathroom.

Bellboy cart was dirty as we walked in . Rooms tub did not drain dirty towel on window sill hair balls on furniture. They gave us a new room not much better finger prints on windows hvac squeaked all night. The following we went down to breakfast at 650 am breakfast did not start until 7 all light where on so we started to help ourselves we an an early event. A woman came out said EXCUSE ME CAN I HELP YOU ? I explained that we an an early event and we just wanted to grab something and go. She said im setting up you need to leave the area until I am finished . She put a few more things out and then left again without saying a word. Myself and other guests were questioning if it was now ok to get food. Terrible hospitality

Stayed here back in 2022 and it was pretty average compared to most other Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. Rooms were nice, they had a pool, and the lobby was dirty.
