SpringHill Suites Pinehurst Southern Pines - Featured Reviews (406)
We truly enjoyed our short stay at the Pinehurst Springhill Suites! First off, the staff was so hospitable and accommodating from the phone and through the check in/out process. Kimberly at the front desk was warm and sincere with her welcome to us. She had a smile each day and you can tell she prides herself in making guests feel at home there. I hope Marriott recognizes what a gem she is and her spirit of hospitality! The hotel itself was so clean and you can tell they did some good work through all the updates and renovations. The rooms were sparkling clean, linens fresh and the bed/mattress was surprisingly REALLY comfortable: firm but so comfortable. Something I would expect in a hotel for twice the price. My husband is NEVER happy with hotel mattresses but he raved about the one in our room. The shower towels were actually quite large, instead of full body towels that seem to be the size of hand towels. The windows have double shades, one to darken the room and one for privacy that still lets light in. The AC gets really cold nice and fast, and no musty "old AC smell" that some hotels have. Everything seems so thoughtfully designed. The staff that we came in contact with were all so pleasant - from housekeeping staff to the breakfast staff. The breakfast options are plentiful and good coffee available throughout the day. I have no idea when I'll be back to Pinehurst but if I do - this is where I'll come back too! They have got something good going on at this location!
My wife and I loved our stay at Springhill Suites in Pinehurst NC. Brittany checked us in and checked us out. She was so friendly, professional, and helpful. She took the time to give us information and answer our questions about the hotel and Pinehurst. All the staff were very kind and friendly. They all had smiles on their faces and we could tell they enjoyed working there, You will love this hotel! We also felt very safe, which is important to us.
The workers are nice here. However, I have been woken up every single morning to construction. It sounded like they were cutting through my walls with a belt saw today at 9 am!! Can we wait until noon atleast???…Also, the construction workers have entered my room multiple days while I’m here. I like privacy. Offer me another room please or let me know in advance so I can stay somewhere else. After 10 days of this I’m losing my mind. No refunds or anything has been offered. Will NOT stay here again
As if July '24, They are in the middle of a major remodel. Access to the front lobby is non-existent and with my visit I had to walk through the construction hallway to get to the small room where check-in was being done. The free breakfast was lacking... I walked into the room twice looked around and went out for breakfast. The third floor where I stayed appears to already be remodeled the rooms were nice and clean and quiet. If I would have known it was still under construction I would not have stayed here.
If you like dust, smell of glue, noise… you will be happy. The hotel has a major renovation without any information in advance ! They ont want to continue to make money, without any service. Even the breakfast was with very small quantities and in the work area. And don’t expect any discount, money is more important than service! I recommend to NOT GO to this hotel! They don’t consider their customers. UPDATE: after discussion with the management, they offer a discount for the inconvenience of the renovation

OK, just going to Tell It Like It Is. This place is under large construction, a renovation product. There was no warning on their website or anything when we made the reservations. We were charged full rate for the room and had to endure construction equipment out in the parking lot, construction debris in the hallways and in the stairwells & construction equipment that was blocking parking spaces with no warning signs or anything, Just a poorly planned project. I would not recommend this place while all this is going on. Stay far away from it.
Positive: Room was ok Negative: Motel was under reconstruction. Should not have been open. Dangerous and disgusting lobby.

You really feel like your in 1895 again. That's the only reason for 4 star room review. But if you like nostalgia you'll give it 5. Best service ever. Best location ever. Everything you need is around you .
Decent hotel. Hallways looked to be in need of an update but the room looked great. Pretty clean. Comfortable bed. A/C has the constant fan option which I prefer. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Staff was super friendly and he
If youâre in Pinehurst for a visit, this quaint coffee shop is a must visit on any tourists list. Their seasonal coffee menu begs you to experience something fun + different. The classics are good too, but the team takes pride in creating new + fun
Beautiful place to take a walk. I went here with my mother and 2 boys. You can make the walk short or long which is always nice. My mom is handicap so sometimes we just take a short stroll but the scenery is always interesting and well kept.
My kiddo has loved this splash pad since he was a baby, has different areas for big and small kids and you can sit on the brick walls to watch! Tons of fun especially for a free activity!
Nice little park in town with plenty of benches to sit and watch everything go by. I went for the farmers market they had going on that afternoon. There were about a dozen different vendors seelling bake goods, soap, fresh vegetables and fruit and
The food was amazing, steak you could cut through like butter and every bite just as flavorful as the first. Our server was great I think his name was James, a young guy. We had outdoor seating and it was so private and relaxing. We will definitely b
1st visit, really nice location. Setting was pretty surreal with the history and sitting right off the green. Parking was easy. Service was top notch. And food and drinks were good. Prices were reasonable.
Impressively managed store and staff. I want to say for a "young" generation the employees seemed to genuinely care about the service and quality of the coffee and food served. I spoke with Layla or Kayla (can't remember the name) the store manager a
