SpringHill Suites Philadelphia West Chester/Exton - Hotel in Exton - 730 Eagleview Blvd, USA

We had the pleasure of staying at the Springhill Suites Exton, PA for 2 weeks because of some issues with our home. The staff was caring, supportive, listening, and beyond for us. They genuinely wanted to ensure our stay with them was great! Our room was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served every morning and was always fresh, hot, and filled with lots of variety. I would recommend staying here when you're in the area always!

This is a very nice hotel. We were able to secure one of the last 2 available rooms for the Memorial Day Weekend and all of the staff treated us with respect. Free breakfast included coffee, tea, juice, milk, make-your-own Belgian waffles, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, dry cereals, eggs and sausage. Location is very convenient to do much to do and see.

My recent experience May 25-26 fell short of the high standards I have come to expect from Marriott. Upon our arrival, the front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly. I was not offered the welcome gift or points option, which I am entitled to as part of my membership benefits. I was not offered any water either. I then asked to have a room away from the elevator, her response was “it’s a bit away”. Our room was 507 - directly next to the elevator. Additionally, a standard sign at the front desk indicated that late check-out was not available. Given my status, I should have been entitled to a late check-out. To add to the frustration, my status as a loyal Marriott member was not acknowledged at any point during our stay. This lack of recognition further contributed to the disappointing experience. I have always valued Marriott for its commitment to excellent customer service, but this experience was a significant disappointment. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues and to ensure that loyal members receive the service and recognition they deserve in the future.

The staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean. The patio bar area can be really loud at night so try to get a room on the other side of noise bothers you. Danielle at the front desk was super kind and helped me get a jacket back that k left over there!

I was supposed to stay there for 1 nite after a wedding. I got sick and cancelled 30 hours before I was to check in. Their policy is 48 hours. They charged me the full price of the room.

Location is perfect for what we needed - right off the turnpike. Check-in was a snap. The room was very clean and neat. The TV is in a perfect position for the room and sized correctly. There's plenty of storage space and seating area. The bed was VERY comfortable and the room AC/heat worked as it should. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a decent variety of items. The noon checkout worked particularly well too.
