SpringHill Suites Pensacola - Hotel in Pensacola - 487 Creighton Rd, USA

We were here for a family reunion. The room was spacious, plenty of room for my family of four. The room was clean. The pool was nice and clean. I went down to the pool @ 8am to get a swim in before it got crowded. The pool guy came to clean it he was so pleasant! Everyone at the hotel was nice from the front desk, housekeeping and the pool guy. I will definitely be back.

It's a clean quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious with a desk, and sleeper sofa. Free coffee in the lobby at all hours of the day is nice for a coffee drinker like me. Free breakfast is decent. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Convenient location off the highway. Close to many stores and restaurants. Also within walking distance to a cool sports bar nearby. Staff was great and helpful. Rooms are the usual Springhill, comfy and open. Breakfast was standard Springhill fare so it does the job. Overall, a good quick stay and serves the purpose. Enjoy

Check in was quick and easy. Lobby is spacious. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was busy but decent for lounging in the water or in a chair. I used the workout facility which is small but I was able to get a sweat. We did not have the breakfast in the morning because we were told it started at 6:30am, but due to it being a holiday, it actually wasn't going to be set up until 7am. We had a timeline, so we left to eat elsewhere. Overall, a good stay and would overnight here again.

Accommodations were great. Easy check-in and friendly service. The beds were uncomfortable compared to other marriott hotels I've stayed at across the States. Love the separation of the living room and beds. The rooms were clean and of course something I always liked was the water pressure. I also used the gym and the facilities were good. Easy to get a workout in. I love staying at the Marriott brand hotels. I gotta keep my status up.

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! First when we arrived we had problems with our fridge and since my husband needed his insulin refrigerated we got moved to a different room. The morning of checking out we were leaving before breakfast and the very nice hotel receptionist and a sweet kitchen chef Marie made sure we got hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will stay there again!

I want to say a big thanks for the guy at the front desk being so kind to us when I called to find a room because we had been delayed over 8 hours in the airport due to American Airlines. Everyone was scrambling to find hotels and he was very helpful in getting us booked and checked in even at 3:30 in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality and making our lives a little bit easier with a clean room and a place to sleep for at least a few hours.

Excellent service and the place was so clean and welcoming. Rooms were well appointed and the Ada bathroom was amazing. Loved the barn door and the split of the bathroom with shower on one side and toilet on other and sink in between. Really great space for wheelchair maneuvers. Lexi was so helpful with our check out. We will be ba k!
