Here’s a summary of our two-week stay: 1. **Hotel Location**: The location is excellent. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you can find American steak and a variety of authentic Asian cuisines, which is very convenient. 2. **Room Features**: The four-person room has a small bar, refrigerator, microwave, sofa, desk, and two TVs. The space is large and very comfortable. When we had no plans, we preferred staying in the room. This is the hotel's biggest highlight. 3. **Bed and Noise**: The bed is on the softer side, and the blanket is comfortable. The large sofa can also fit one person comfortably, including someone about 175 cm tall. The soundproofing isn’t perfect, but the noise is within an acceptable range. The air conditioning is very cool and comfortable, but it emits a slight odor when the temperature is raised. Regular cleaning should help resolve this. The room isn’t cleaned daily; you need to register at the front desk if you require it. 4. **Staff**: The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. They are attentive and responsive to requests. 5. **Breakfast**: The breakfast restaurant has limited seating, but guests are courteous. The quality of guests is high. While there isn’t much variation in the breakfast options, the variety is sufficient and replenished quickly. 6. **Pool**: The pool is small, suitable for splashing around but not for serious swimming.

My name is Caroline Gardner. I am a Senior 67 years old and I had a Amazing Experience at the Springhill Suites Pasadena Arcadia Hotel. I was treated so kindly they met my every need and desire. After traveling by bus our air conditioning had broke down so I was hot over heated from an over 8 hours drive with an Excellent experience driver who prayed us to our destination safely. But once there, the Hotel changed my shower head to a new one full force water Rescued Me and a Excellent Air Conditioner cooled my body down. Breakfast had all I loved Bacon, Eggs, oatmeal coffee,tea, lime cucumber mint water, fruits, cereal pancakes, milk, yogurt, just everything was so so Wonderful. Look for Renee, Hector, Luz, Henry, Rita, Ivanka and Claudia. I appreciate and Applaud your teamwork. Great Job.|I already booked my next 2 trips to Rocford and back to you guys. Great Job. room was alright, had everything needed. the walls are super thin. a lot of noise, you could hear people while they’re in the hallway, as well as the surrounding rooms. was able to hear the guests above us, stomping and a lot of noise. in the morning, the staff was cleaning the room above & I kept hearing things being slammed, things hitting the walls and floor. made it difficult to rest. the complimentary breakfast was alright, but super crowded.

This was a short business trip and a great value for any type of traveler. The staff was amazing and always welcomed me when I came in. For my room being right next to the elevator, there was no mechanical noise. The floor was quiet too. The location is close to many restaurants and food options as well as coffee. BUT ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL!! The room was extremely clean including the toilet and shower.

Positive: Perfect accommodations for a family. We had two queens and a Sofa Bed. Came with a fridge, sink and microwave. Hotel was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was pretty good; eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage toast juices. Close to freeway and amenities. Negative: ""

I had an excellent stay! The room was huge and very quiet. Breakfast definitely hit the spot. The front desk crew was super nice especially Rita. She goes above & beyond! Love thoes cookies! I will be coming back the next time i'm in town! Thank you!

The nicest staff! The guy who checked me in was super sweet and it felt like I was a friend he was greeting at his home. Room was super clean and comfortable. Called the front desk kinda late to ask for a late check out, and they not only made it happen but were really nice about it. Then I forgot to get a new key for the late checkout period and when I huffed downstairs to get it, the woman at the front desk was waiting for me with it ready, without even needing to ask who I was or what room… seriously, it was like some sort of hospitality magic! Highly recommend this hotel for excellent customer service, great rooms, great location, and FREE PARKING!

From the moment I walked in the door to check in I was hooked. I was greeted by Henry behind the desk as if we were long lost best friends. I immediately felt at home in this beautiful hotel. The service, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and all the staff are amazing. If you are in need of anything, someone is there to accommodate you asap. I couldn't feel more comfortable in a hotel as I do here because of Renee, the General Manager; Henry, Rita and all the the front desk staff. And let's not forget all the housekeepers,maintenance people and everyone else who works here. Everyone is so professional, great at their jobs and so kind. They truly make you feel at home and they all love my dog "Bear". Did I mention the 5 star daily breakfast? I give this hotel 10+ Stars. You will, too.
