SpringHill Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront - Hotel in Panama City Beach - 12513 Front Beach Rd, USA

Very nice hotel. My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was very nice. The food at the restaurant is VERY good. The hotel has several amenities that are very nice. The pool area was always clean and everything is great. The only issue, like others have said, the elevators are not super fast. The higher up floor you are on, the worse it is.

We stayed at this hotel about 4 yrs ago and enjoyed it so much that we opted for a return stay for my mom’s 80th birthday. Besides the beachfront, the other main attraction was the cascading waterfalls at the pool. Unfortunately, I’m sad to say that it looks like the ownership is clearly not interested in investing in maintenance. We rented 2 beachfront rooms. Both rooms have walls with scuff marks & dirt- which give it the appearance of a run down place. The door of our room didn’t shut close properly. So unbeknownst to us, we slept a couple of nights with the door unlocked and partially opened. Blackout shade hardware missing from curtains. Handheld shower wand base doesn’t tighten and stay in place. Some floors have washers and dryers and some don’t. Some floors have working ice makers and some don’t. My sis wasted 4$ in a non functioning dryer and money was not refunded. Some floors have ice makers that don’t work. So guests are hopping from floor to floor looking for ice. Mini fridge in one room didn’t work and maintenance thought it was appropriate to argue with my sis about what she did to it rather than just replace it. The main pool attraction; the waterfall island wasn’t working and it hasn’t been working for over a year, as confirmed by staff. The pool sun area is not cleaned regularly as there’s blackish spots on it. My mom, sister and husband ordered food from the restaurant on two separate occasions and both times the food was extremely salty making it unpleasant to eat. The breakfast is ok, except for the fact that some items are clearly not stocked appropriately. Bananas ran out so staff literally replaced with green bananas which were not edible. Had to wait a couple of days for the bananas to ripen so that I could finally have some. The staff is friendly and nice, but unfortunately that’s not enough to make me return here. Again, no interest in maintenance at all. Total shame.

Beautiful hotel! Great Location! Not too busy! Nice Rooms! Good food! We had no problems with staff members. Everyone was nice. Cons: no laundry services (renovating). Ice maker on 12th floor was broke. Very slow elevator system. Need a better system for breakfast. It’s busy & constantly running out of product. The fountain at the pool was never on. To be honest i loved that from the pictures & one of the reasons we picked here (the pool area). For the price, some things can be improved. I would stay here again hoping some things get fixed.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel. It's quiet compared to other places I've stayed in PCB during the summer. Never had an issue finding pool chairs. Elevator wait times were not as bad as others were saying. We waited max 5 minutes for an elevator our entire stay. Beach chair attendants are SO NICE and accommodating. Lots of different types of chairs to rent from padded lounge chairs, to daybeds, to wooden lounge chairs. Lots of variety for different budgets. They also offer half day rentals which we really loved since some days we didn't want to stay on the beach the whole day.The beach was not crowded at all and only one row of beach chairs set up right in the front of the water. The free breakfast was a nice perk every day especially with the beautiful views from the lobby. Easy access to parking garage, pool, and beach and not a lot of walking involved. Truly one of the best beach hotels/resorts i've stayed at. Can't wait to come back!

This hotel was beautiful, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping our entire stay but when brought up to management we were quickly offered a free night for our inconvenience and with how much fun we had as a family I have nothing bad to say. The breakfast was great, lots of amenities at the resort, recommend 10/10. Just need a little more housekeeping love!

This place was great. We had an amazing view of the sunset every night from our balcony. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Elevator access was sometimes slow but nothing horrible. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a few great finds within walking distance. The lobby has gorgeous views of the beach, pool, and yard with a small outdoor patio to enjoy as well. You have to swipe your room key to access any of the room floors which was a nice peace of mind. The front desk accepted our Door Dash and grocery deliveries without issue. The rooms are spacious and we didn’t hear any of our neighboring rooms throughout our weeklong stay. The pool has a nice mini lazy river loop around the center rocks. We didn’t have any issues getting two chairs next to each other under an umbrella during our stay. The little sub sandwich shop made for a quick and easy bite to eat. We used the hotel gym cable machine, dumbbells, and kettlebells each morning and were impressed by the ample space even with several others working out around us. Lastly, the beachfront was relaxing, calm, and not overly crowded at all. There’s a company that rents chairs and umbrellas for half-day, full-day, or the week who were easy to work with and made the experience a breeze. All in all, I’m glad we picked a place a bit away from the craze to enjoy our couples trip and will absolutely come back.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront to close out our spring break. The view of the beach at breakfast was absolutely amazing, setting the perfect tone for our day. Shemar at the front desk provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults alike, offering a great spot to relax and have fun. Michael at the bar kept the good times rolling with some fantastic drinks that kept us festive and in high spirits. We had plenty of room in our suite, ensuring a comfortable stay for the entire family. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
