Would not book here- terrible customer service! Booked a hotel room & ended up not needing to stay but my husband still did. Called ahead of time to add my husbands name to the reservation and all the front desk guy said was “no problem he will just need a card for incidentals when he arrives”. My husband gets to the hotel at midnight (cause he was working all day on call) and the front desk guy said he’s cannot check in unless I’m physically present as I booked the room. Same guy I spoke to on the phone earlier. I talked with him on the phone and asked if I could vouch for him, send my ID, if he could call management. He refused to do anything. Didn’t even offer my husband the option of booking another room or the cost. Simply said he could not stay there and cancelled his reservation. Mind you it’s midnight and he’s been driving over 2 hours to stay here. Disappointing that they didn’t offer any solutions and were so cold. Will not ever stay here and don’t recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed while attending a sports showcase that was taking place in the area. We stayed 2 nights in a King room. Upon arrival the lobby smelled wonderful and looked updated. We were greeted by a very kind gentalmen and we're quickly checked in with zero hassle. Room was perfect for our stay and just like the lobby, smelt and looked clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast both mornings had an arrangement of your typical continental hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, different pastries, and more. My only complaint, which truly is just an opinion, was the bed is very stiff. Other wise we enjoyed our stay and absolutely will be back when we are in the area.

I'm a Marriott girl all the way and stay in their hotels whenever I travel for business. This Springhill Suites location is great, not just because it's clean and has all the things you need, the staff are exceptional. I met Mark when I came in, he brought me into his office because the computers were down at the reception desk. He got me checked in quickly and efficiently, very friendly. My only issue was not having hot water for my shower in the morning, after running it for @10 minutes it got warm enough to jump in. I spoke with Jeff as I was checking out and he couldn't have been more kind and professional. It's people like Mark and Jeff who really help make you taken care of even if when you are far from home. You can bet next time I'm in Orlando, I'll be looking to book again.

Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He made sure my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.|The location was perfect for my business in downtown Orlando with plenty of dining options near by. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Jeff at the front desk was awesome. Great guy & easy to talk to. Was more than helpful & informative. Big thank you to him. Overall the hotel was nice, room had much space, it was very clean & the room temperature was perfect. Bathroom, bedding, & living room was grand.

Jeff was great, he checked on us when we got to our room to make sure it all looked good. The TV didn’t have sound when we turned it on, but we were only staying for the night so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall service was good and it’s a pretty normal hotel.

Positive: Room was clean and grounds also. Negative: The breakfast was poor. No hot hot , just wrapped things that were not tasteful at all. There website states breakfast and staff told me hot breakfast when we checked in. Don?t think I?ll stay here again. Next time drury hotel!!

Worst hotel stay. We had to end up leaving earlier than anticipated. Bed was awful, no hot water for a shower unless you let it run 20 minutes then it was luke warm. Breakfast was disgusting as well.
