We stayed at this hotel for our wedding and had an incredible experience from start to finish! Working with Stephanie to arrange a wedding block for our guests was seamless. They offered us a fantastic rate, and we loved that the hotel included breakfast, and the spacious, clean, and renovated guest rooms made our stay perfect. My bridal party and I got ready in the conference room, which was the perfect size for the ten of us plus our hair and makeup team. The room was spotless and ready on time, allowing us to prepare comfortably. The hotel’s shuttle service was another highlight, providing a timely ride for my bridesmaids and me to the church. Stephanie's attentiveness and prompt responses to our emails ensured everything ran smoothly. The hotel staff went above and beyond by handing out gift bags we prepared for our guests with genuine friendliness. Thank you, Stephanie, and the entire team, for making our stay truly amazing!

Found a single bedbug in my bed after being awoken by its bite. The manager was polite and quick to accommodate my request for a new room. The new room, unfortunately, had the loudest A/C fan known to man (60 decibels, I measured because I couldn’t sleep). Service and location were as good as could be expected, but still had the worst night of sleep I’ve had in a while.

Excellent hotel, rooms are incredibly well appointed, comfortable, nice, clean, excellent and friendly staff both day and night, even while they were incredibly busy. Pool stays open late, which was wonderful to be able to use. The hot breakfast was actually good, not just dry generic cafeteria type food. Much nicer than the price or it being a 2 star hotel would indicate. I stayed here to drive back and forth to wilmington. It was so much nicer than it was totally worth the longer drive, and easy to get to.

I always enjoy coming back to this specific hotel. Superb customer service at the front desk (cannot remember her name but she was on the late afternoon shift on June 1st and 2nd 2024). The rooms are always fresh, no trace of hair in the shower or floors like other hotels in the area, it is quiet, no horseplay in the halls, laundry on site, there is a mini shop with snacks, microwaveable meals, laundry detergent, etc. There is security on site always roaming the hotel inside and out which I love. Only wish the stairwell on the south end of the building was accessible without triggering the fire alarms, but that’s okay. Plenty of parking both covered and uncovered. Will be back again and again and highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a good location, and cheaper than the Courtyard a couple miles away. Only downside is the parking and the difficulty when leaving the property because of “no left turn” opportunities, but it’s worth it. Staff is always nice.

It was a beautiful experience we had at the hotel. We stayed two weeks there and felt like home. All the staff were very attentive and friendly and it was what made our stay so special.

I am laying in my hotel room currently and have to take the time before I even leave tomorrow to write a review. I am not sure of the two ladies working the front desk but, they deserve a raise! From the second my family decided to roll in from a long drive from Pittsburgh, they had been SO incredibly welcoming. They had smiles on their faces and gave us a warm greeting when we walked in, made check in super quick, offered extra blankets because we had three children in our rooms and made sure they explained breakfast before we headed to bed that night. These are things that yea we kind of expect, but is not always delivered. Especially on an overnight shift at 12 am. Also, shout out to the lady that asked me if I was ok because she saw me in the lobby at 6 am with a raging toddler running on 4 hours of sleep. You’re appreciated. Thank you ladies. We have been here two nights and they have definitely made their mark on me. As far as I am concerned any time we come back we are staying here and I hope I have the pleasure of seeing their beautiful pleasant faces again. Not because of anything that stood out or was special, but because of the staff. Also shout out to the breakfast ladies that babysat my kid for approx 1-2 mins while I had a panic attack because I thought he got on the elevator. The chuckle was much appreciated when I realized I didn’t lose a kid 🙃. Thank you Springhill Suites for employing some truly amazing people. Don’t forget the raise…. Lexi and the gang
