This hotel has a great location. Breakfast was really good with a great variety of food to choose from. The room was nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. My only complaint about the bathroom is that the drain is broken and doesn’t hold water in the tub unless you hold it down. I would stay here again in the future!

We got in pretty late and everything was real quiet. The staff was super kind. I love that they have hot water for tea available at all times. Our room was beautiful and super comfy! The pool was at the perfect temp. No hot tub. Really good stay over.

The front desk agent at check in was excellent. Staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Nice location off of interstate. Did not have breakfast, but asked for a piece of fruit after breakfast hours.

I have stayed at this hotel four times, but it has been about a year since my last stay. In the past, I was completely satisfied with my stays, and left positive reviews.||Not this time. The "Needs Improvement List" is extensive.||Airconditioning in the room did not work (June in Alabama...hot). After waiting 1 hour without AC, I politely asked for the room next door. I had seen housekeeping clean it when I checked in.||The new room was cool and clean! I complemented housekeeping. Also, the front desk manager (Theresa) was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and I appreciated her.||No ice machine on my floor. Next floor down, ice machine did not work. Two floors down, no ice machine on that floor. Finally, I got ice on floor one. Next morning, same result. I had to go to lobby to get ice.||Breakfast was a joke. no fresh fruit, no yogurt, no eggs. Only some ham slices, oatmeal, and a waffle making machine. Breakfast time was 6-9 am and I was there at 7:15 am. After waiting for more items to be restocked, I was told that there was no more. Later, they brought out boiled eggs that they had in the fridge. ||Every "free breakfast" item they were out of was in abundance at the Springhill Suites I stayed in the previous week...just 100 miles up the road on the same interstate highway.||Until I read about some improvements from other travelers, this place is off my "hotel go-to" list.

Nice looking place in pictures, unfortunately actual facility left much to be desired. For as new as it appeared, extremely dirty and gross. Feet were black after walking on floor. Carpet felt sticky like a movie theatre. Best part of entire stay was mediocre breakfast, not worth $200.

Bathroom sliding door was filthy. AC doesn’t cool off the whole room, just the back half by the AC. Also, the hotel is isolated and next door to another hotel being constructed. We had reservations to stay here for 7 weeks but changed hotels after the first night.

The refrigerator in our room was hot bc the freezer was a frozen block of ice. The couch on one end was broke down and you fell in a hole when you sat down. No hand soap in the BR. Free breakfast was a joke, they ran out of clean dishes and were rude when we asked for silverware and sugar. Definitely disappointed.

Someone booked a room under my Marriot Bonvoy account and deducted 15,000 points for a free stay. I was originally told it would be several days to get the points added back to my account but now I've been told it will be 45 days.
