SpringHill Suites Milwaukee West/Wauwatosa - Hotel in Wauwatosa - 10411 W Watertown Plank Rd, USA

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The sliding bathroom door is always annoying due to the lack of privacy, and we still can’t figure out why hotels continue to use them - and these ones are frosted glass so when one person wakes up early or stays up late, the whole room gets lit up when the bathroom is in use. Free parking, adequate breakfast, nice outside patio space, decent gym. Not much around and nothing in walking distance, so driving for food and activities is required.

I would love to have given 5 stars to this location however there were problems that detracted from my stay. Most importantly, there was no hot water to shower in the morning. I even waited an hour and still nothing. That is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this size. |Breakfast was above average but they quickly ran out of several things. |We tried sitting on the patio but it was a real mess. It needed some cleaning and attention. It’s too bad, it could be a great space. |The room was very clean and spacious however the bed and pillows were not comfortable. When I checked in on the app, it gave an option for a foam pillow however that was either ignored or overlooked. Either way, don’t make it an option if it’s not going to be followed. |Fix a few problems and pay attention to detail and this could be a great location.

Awful! Room is damp. Smells like cigarette smoke. AC doesn't work to cool down the room. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Member and was told I can't switch rooms because the hotel is fully booked. My eyes are burning and watering as I type this review from the cigarette smoke. This is the wrist experience I've ever had with Marriott. I will never stay here again.

While the room was nice, if your adult family member is in a wheelchair, good luck getting them into the bed. The profile of the beds are too tall for someone with little or no use of their legs. While the GM insists they are ADA compliant, I don't think grab bars, locks, and lower profile sink fully help someone in this situation.

The room walls are so thin i could hear the person next door snoring really laud. The location didnt seem to have much food near by you have to drive a bit. Just remember to pack sleeping pills if laud snoring bothers you lol. The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms were somewhat clean but not what they should be…there were only two bath towels usually you get more. I really didn’t like this stay. Oh well on to next location in Chicago…hoping for a great stay. They also never released the temporary hold “deposit” on my credit card and here it is a month after my stay. I called to speak with them about it and was transferred to a manager who never answered or returned my call after I left a message so be sure to check your credit card and make sure that you were not overcharged smh.

Nice enough hotel, but the room was disappointing. The couch and ottoman were stained in multiple spots as shown in the photos. The lights were also confusing, there is no light switch for the main room and you need to use your key card to turn the lights on and off. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Decent breakfast.

I love the outdoor patio and the gym is better than many hotels in this category. The bar is nice but it never seems to be open. Breakfast is simple. Overall I really love the location and the rooms very much.

Location was good. Bathroom sink was unusually small with limited counter space. No washcloths in room when we checked in. Breakfast was just ok
