I am a heavy business traveler and stayed 20 nights in the property. I do this regularly across the country. This hotel has great housekeeping staff ! The place is spotless!! My high expectations have been succeeded. Normally at long term stays the housekeeping starts to degrade but not here. My wish to have a room away from the freeway and in a corner got granted without any complaints. Overall I would give this Hotel thumbs up as it’s in great shape with Eggselent staff

Stayed with my party/group/family at this hotel and day one, it was nothing but issues. The rooms themselves are great and comfortable but the service (specifically the higher management at this location) were disorganized and rude. Upon arrival, one of our confirmed rooms was given up with no notification ahead of time (which is a big deal as our party needs connecting rooms) instead we got two rooms across and down the hall from each other. Even the manager, who said she would try and get this resolved, later used a false story about the conversation had and called my party member (mother) drunk over a phone call to the desk worker. Very rude and unprofessional. Even the housekeeping manager shared sympathy for the big issues with the rooms, before the general manager ever did. Overall this hotel needs serious help in organization, keeping inventory via a computer system of rooms and keys, and staff training in hospitality.

Just stayed at this hotel and I would not stay here again. The hotel itself is new and looks nice, but that’s where the good ends. The room I had was right across from the highway and I could hear the cars driving in the morning since I’m a light sleeper. The cleaning person came in and only cleaned like half of my room and literally didn’t clean the bathroom, and I needed towels too. I had to call the front desk and let them know so I could get towels. The breakfast was okay. They switch up the hot breakfast items each day. The gym is nice and has cardio equipment and free weights and a workout machine. It’s hot in there though as they keep the temp at 75 and I had to manually turn down the temp to 70 just to cool off.!

Unbelievable. The management at this hotel , Keisha, will not take my phone call after I had a problem and needed assistance. The front desk always says the manager is in a meeting and even “takes messages”, and the manager even responded to my Trip Advisor review telling me to call her, but that is as far as it gets.No response. I cannot believe a hotel would be so callous about public relations. It is clear that this hotel is not interested in developing a good name with the community. Nor are they interested in providing a positive experience with this brand. I highly recommend staying some where else that understands respect and customer service. (I did contact corporate and they were unable to help me, instead directing me to speak to the hotel manager.)

My boyfriend and his family stayed here, Great front desk lady, I hope she keeps her job, Pool was small but was super fun to swim around in it. It is really recommended if you want a super comfy bed to crash on

An emergency came up which left us unable to cancel our reservation within the required time frame. When I called the hotel, they were very unwilling to speak with me. A worker told me they would not refund the money. I had a couple more questions and she seemed very annoyed and told me to hang on- next thing I knew I had the voicemail of the manager. I left a message, hung up, and recalled the front desk where the same worker told me she had transferred me and the manager was on another line and was going to call me right back. She never did.| If a hotel is that unwilling to speak with someone over the phone, they certainly aren’t going to care about service and courtesy to their guests! Save yourself and schedule elsewhere!

The person at the front desk acted like our stay was an inconvenience to her weekend. She took the fun out of the trip and is the reason I will not be returning. The room was outstanding. It was new clean fresh and convenient. A little bit of an issue with the air conditioning but nothing we couldn’t figure out.

We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was the ideal location. Everything was top notch. The complimentary breakfast was very good, area was kept very clean and stocked with breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
