SpringHill Suites Los Angeles LAX/Manhattan Beach - Hotel in Hawthorne - 14620 Aviation Blvd, USA

Decent place with a good hot breakfast. Room was a good size, but washroom was definitely dated with a broken faucet. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. The carpet was stained in the main area of the room. Baby crib was provided upon request and staff was friendly. I think it’s a decent choice, but there may be better value options out there in the same area. Worth considering though. As a bonus, they had the olympics on in the breakfast area and my kids loved watching it (as did I!).

Propre, calme, sécuritaire, bien situé dans l’ensemble et personnel très sympathique qui a fait l’effort de nous parler et de nous en comprendre en français. Excellent petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Si vous ne. Oubliez pas payer le stationnement, déplacez vous un peu plus loin (10mn à pied) vous trouverez une rue résidentielle ou le stationnement est gratuit. Je le recommande.

Elevator has not been working for at least the last three days, which is unacceptable. Air conditioning does not work very well, even though the temps are only 65°. In fairness, the breakfast is pretty good, but make sure that you get there early because it is a mob in the lobby, and the line to get on the elevator is 10 deep. This is very bad for the Marriott brand-name.

Its a party central hotel for college kids. It was noisy with constant screaming and people constantly pounding up and down the corridors. PLUS There was literally no hot water in the shower. I came back late to the hotel, just about every other room had college kids partying. I couldn't sleep with the constant screaming, yelling. Then I had to take a cold shower because there's no hot water. That did it for me, as I am not staying at any Springhill brand again. I left the hotel early to catch my flight and didn't want to wake up the front desk agent. I am never staying in that hotel again, nor recommending it.

Staff is nice and helpful BUT, this place is basically a Motel6. Worn out & stained sheets, carpet, low quality beds, cheap furniture. And worst of all the walls are so thin you can seriously hear everything your neighbors are doing/saying. Very surprised this place has a Marriott name on it.

The customer service is outstanding. David at the front desk (frontline of customer service) provided great customer service. His attention to details and willingness is admirable to say the least. He is an employee that exemplifies the Marriott commitment to a great stay.

Flynn Ho a manager that fixed this simple issue for his untrained employees is great. The other employee Vee, is untrained, rude, unprofessional and has far too much attuned for front of the house customer service. Simply extending our room so we don’t have to come down in the morning and sleep in turned into a huge issue. Vee said it’s not possible, she also said we can’t extend the room over chat. I’d be fine with that if this location and the other location next door hasent done this for us maybe 50 times this year. This location needs to better train their employees on the Marriott brand standards on how to treat customers, we stay with Marriott brand over 100 nights a year and this quality of customer service is not in par with Marriott.

We always go for Marriott because of its clean and comfy beds but this one was not so clean. The sofa bed was stained and sheets were dirty. Did not smell clean at all. Very disappointed in Marriott
