While there are many cheaper hotel options in the area, this hotel is by far the best one available. We stayed the night for a Friday wedding, and the staff was gracious enough to get us an early check in so we could get ready before the ceremony. The room itself was amazing! It had a coffee bar/mini fridge built-in, large couch, office area that split the room in half, and separated bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and in pristine condition. You can tell that they care for and maintain high standards on this property. Breakfast is included in the stay. I can't say to the quality of the offering since we missed it, but that is nice to know that is included in your hotel stay. The AC in the room was excellent! My fiancé needs to have AC on at all times and I was very impressed with the air pumping in that room. The bed was super comfortable; the pillows were not my favorite (since they were feather), but we slept great anyways! The curtains blacked out everything and we couldn't hear anything from the rest of the hotel. If you can swing staying here, this is by far the superior option in the Kenosha area.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all the people working there were super nice and cheerful. They really went out of their way to make you feel good. The only complaints I would have would be the way the rooms are laid out and the size of the swimming pool. This in no way is a refection on the people who work here. This is a complaint to whomever designs these rooms. Why would you put the bathroom across from the end of the bed? There is a white glass window on the door. If you use the bathroom at night and turn on the light, the light coming from inside the bathroom is pretty bright. Not good for someone else trying to sleep in bed. As far as the swimming pool, at first I thought it was a hot tub. We wanted to take a swim but with a couple of people in there, it looked pretty crowded. Breakfast buffet was a little smaller than other Marriott's we had stayed at, but that was okay because what they had was really good. Food was refilled promptly. All and all, it was a good stay. Clean rooms and great people working there are the important things we look for in a hotel and we would stay there again.
Our family loves this hotel. 4 kiddos (ages 3-9) + mom and dad. We slept comfortably. The room was very clean. Plenty of space. Later out nicely. Huge bathroom, great water pressure. The breakfast was a perfect spread and changed for day 2. The pool is tiny, but quite perfect! Walking distance toan amusement park. ALL of the staff was so friendly! Will definitely be back. Thank you, Spring Hill. (Our door did slam - but once you knew that - you just closed it softly and I didn’t hear anyone else’s do it once I was in my room.)
Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, great customer service. I liked that the king rooms had a trundle instead of a sleeper sofa, it was really easy to put away and pull out the extra bed when needed. The trundle sofa was two twin beds and was made by West Elm, a nice furniture brand that I have not seen in a hotel before. The pool was small but decently clean and water was pretty warm.
Shawn was super helpful and courteous.
We were here on a family stop Saturday, and stayed overnight, enjoyed the pool twice, breakfast in the morning, and even had an Amazon delivery while there.
Clean, great location, and friendly staff!
While the building is beautiful the night staff specifically Katy are racist and rude. I work nearby and live in milwaukee after work i decided to take a peek inside after hearing so many good things about this place. But Katy was awfully rude and tried kicking me out for looking at the lobby and using the pool restroom. I then proceeded to call the hotel after leaving to get the clerks name and no one picked up the call twice. The hotel was extremely not busy on this particular Thursday night so I was confused why she could not pick up the phone. Nonetheless her attitude seemed horrible and Kareness towards me and my Arab fiance. Will never stay here and I hope this hotel stays slow because of this horrible hospitality. I’ve worked as a hotel GM myself for two years and I would never treat anyone like this potential guest included this is horrible racist behavior.
Stayed here recently before a triathlon. Very nice hotel. I appreciated being given a high floor so I could get to bed early (I had to get up at 4am). Staff even had coffee ready in the morning since they knew I would be leaving so early. So nice!! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
We stayed 1 night for a wedding nearby. The hotel is very clean and modern; it seems brand new. They serve continental breakfast in the morning with waffles, etc. I'd just caution to review your invoice closely. We had 4 charges from the market, even though we didn't purchase anything. They removed the charges without issue at check-out, but I never got an explanation on how that happened. If it was staff not verifying last name, leftover changes from the person(s) who occupied our room prior to us, etc. Either way, it seems they need to do some work to improve that system.
They have a pool, fitness room, free parking, and nice and new technology on the room TVs to allow you to connect your phone to play music.
We stayed here for two nights as part of a family reunion. This is a fairly standard, mid-level hotel, that's mostly clean and in a convenient area for food and services. The halls are big and the rooms seemed modestly updated with comfortable beds a
I stay at motels throughout the Midwest more than I would like and I almost never sit down and draft a review but today, I felt that must do so. I checked in a bit early and the lady that checked me in was unbelievably kind. She went out of her way
I had a clerk her name was Misty Dawn. What a great clerk and went out of her way to help me with a reservation. I was told I couldnât get in early She went out of her way to try and get the time I needed to rendezvous with my husband coming from
Loved this place! The staff were phenomenal! The rooms were nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The bed was so comfortable I couldnât get Buster up lol. Definitely recommend staying here!
Have only been to Blak Coffee a few times (would go more often if I lived closer), but the drinks and pastries have always been wonderful. Just shared a cold brew and latte flight and a piece of sweet potato pound cake with my daughter. Each coffee w
The whole store is so cute! I love that they change their whole inventory for the different holidays. The prices are pretty good and nice quality. I would definitely suggest going here the next time you are in downtown Kenosha. I got this really cute
I started going to Legacy Fitness since I would be working in a physically fit job. Iâve only been coming for a month but in the month that I have been working out with Kai, there has already been improvements to my body, for the better. The atmosp
